The doctor instructs Chirag to reorder the tests and make a decision based on the results. Chirag expresses his gratitude, but the doctor reminds him to thank him again if the results are positive. Excitedly, Chirag celebrates by dancing in the street and then heads off to pick up Deepika with a bouquet.
Instead, Mishka reveals that Deepika is at the business park with Siddharth. Despite his surprise, Chirag disregards Mishka’s statement and urges her to concentrate on her tasks. He then sets off to locate Deepika, while Mishka secretly harbours hopes of causing a rift between the two.
Deepika and Siddharth are enjoying tea at the business park. Siddharth opens up to her about his friend Jyoti’s heartbreaking suicide. Deepika offers encouragement, urging him to use his experience to inspire other girls who may have lost hope. As they share a close bond, Siddharth also sees Deepika as a sister and reminds her that she can always rely on him for support. In response, Deepika promises to strengthen their sibling-like relationship by tying a rakhi to him next year.
Upon Chirag’s arrival and witnessing Deepika’s presence with Siddharth, he becomes visibly distressed and abruptly departs, dropping the bouquet in his hand. In contrast, Mishka is content to observe this occurrence and eagerly anticipates further separation between them. Despite his inner turmoil, Chirag attempts to compose himself by reassuring himself that Deepika will explain their conversation. He suspects that Mishka is intentionally instigating doubts within him.
Deepika and Siddharth are still bonding, with Deepika playfully requesting a rakhi from him and joking about her desired gifts. Still unsure of the situation, Chirag departs after witnessing the two sharing an ice cream. Upon his return to the hospital, he is visibly agitated and annoyed. Mishka confronts him about Deepika’s time with Siddharth, causing Chirag to ask her to leave. However, her words have affected him. Later, when Chirag receives a call from Deepika informing him of her departure, Mishka watches gleefully as he appears disturbed by the news.
Upon arriving home, Prithvi informs Deepika that Chirag is experiencing a headache. To ease his discomfort, she gives him a head massage and offers words of comfort. Later on, Deepika mentions her meeting with Siddharth without divulging his name. However, when Chirag persistently asks about Siddharth, she finally discloses that he has recommended her to a publisher. As Deepika speaks highly of Siddharth’s actions, Chirag becomes increasingly insecure.
Despite Deepika’s efforts to clarify the situation, Chirag storms out of the room, overwhelmed by his doubts and envy. Mishka’s manipulations appear to have created tension between Chirag and Deepika.
