Deepika goes to Mishka for her checkup, undergoing a blood test and ultrasonography. After receiving the results, Mishka shares with Deepika the unfortunate news that she is infertile and will not be able to conceive. Devastated, Deepika confides in Mishka that she plans to inform Chirag to find a solution.
Mishka reassures Deepika that with her recommended treatment, there is a 10% chance of pregnancy. However, Deepika remains anxious and insists she cannot keep this from Chirag. Mishka reminds her that consistently taking the prescribed medication will increase her chances of conceiving. Without hesitation, Deepika quickly exits Mishka’s office.
After arriving home, Deepika attempts to contact Chirag. He responds with a message stating that he will return at 8:30 p.m. Following this exchange, Deepika reaches out to Mishka and reassures her that she will not withhold anything from Chirag, as he deserves to be informed about her current situation. However, Mishka becomes angry and believes that Deepika will not defy her desires. She then pays a visit to Chirag with a spiked coffee in hand.
Chirag explains that he must go home as he committed to Deepika being back by 8:30 p.m. Mishka informs him that she must discuss a patient’s case with him. Agreeing, Chirag finishes his coffee but suddenly starts feeling unwell and passes out. Mishka remembers how she had drugged his coffee and made a firm decision not to let any harm come to him while also ensuring that Deepika did not express her worries.
A physician inserts IV drips in Chirag’s arm while informing Mishka that dehydration or an anxiety attack may be the cause of his symptoms. Mishka then contacts Deepika, and she quickly rushes to the hospital. Mishka reveals that Chirag experienced an anxious episode due to dehydration, but Deepika adds that he was fasting the day before. However, Mishka is upset with Deepika for allowing him to go without food and asks her not to add any more stress by discussing her infertility. As Chirag wakes up, he sees Deepika by his side, showing her concern. He reassures them both that he is feeling better.
Deepika arrives home with Chirag. Upon seeing his state of weakness, Lavanya inquires about the reason. Chirag explains that he had collapsed due to dehydration. In her typical manner, Lavanya directs blame and shouts at Deepika. After sending Chirag to rest in his room, Deepika calmly expresses her admiration for Lavanya’s concern for her son. However, she also mentions that their constant conflicts are causing him mental distress and asks Lavanya to put an end to it, even if it means ignoring Deepika altogether.
