Manorama, Shobha’s mother, calls. According to Shobha, she always calls at the wrong moment. Is the black cat still scratching Manorama? According to Shobha, Deepika postponed Janvi’s wedding for two months. Manorama suggests letting her handle this issue and claims to have connected Deepika with a supporter. As Manorama asks her to leave everything to her wicked mother, Birju, Manorama’s chosen man, is busy with his mistress, who asks him why he wants to marry for another third time. As Birju looks at Deepika’s photo, he remarks that he is unsatisfied with a wife and a mistress outside, so he wants to spend as much time as possible with her. The mistress asks him to meet Manorama when she gets this alliance.
Saloni, Payal, and Roshni arrive at Janvi’s house with gifts. Saloni asks her to call Janvi first. Prithvi calls Janvi and says his sisters want to meet her so they are standing outside her house. Janvi says she is not at home and disconnects the call. Prithvi feels disappointed. Payal says they can meet with other family members and takes him in, but Deepika hears them coming and informs Shobha that someone has arrived.
Shobha yells at her to mind her own business. Prithvi and his sisters are welcomed into the house and Deepika serves them water. Shobha tells Deepika she is her maid and asks her to bring snacks and beverages. Deepika replies that she will soon and heads to the kitchen to prepare moong dal halwa and kachoris.
Roshni walks to her and asks her for a puzzle. She solves it. Roshni says she is intelligent like her and introduces herself. Deepika also introduces herself. Roshni says she loves moong dal halwa. Deepika says it is even her favorite and makes her sit. They chat and bond well. They then serve halwa, kachori, and tea to guests. They are well received.
Prithvi feels disappointed that Janvi lied to him. Shobha says she will call Janvi and goes in. Janvi asks why she lied. She yells at Janvi to get back to work, and her phone rings as she drags her out. Janvi says she was joking as he did with Chirag the other day.
When Roshni picks up the phone, she finds Chirag’s screensaver and says, “It’s mamu’s photo.” Janvi rushes to grab it. Deepika brings water. Janvi pretends to save Roshni, snatches the phone, and blames Deepika for being careless. Payal says it’s okay and asks Roshni to apologize for it. Janvi yells at Deepika again and says Roshni shouldn’t apologize. Deepika and Payal thanked Deepika for the tasty halwa and kachori Deepika made.
