The episode begins with Deepika and Chirag locked inside the storeroom. Their argument escalates when Chirag, in frustration, says he hopes Chandu will choose to live with his father, who can provide everything Deepika couldn’t. His harsh words leave Deepika shaken, and she begins coughing. Meanwhile, Lavanya keeps Ragini and Chandu entertained with games.

At home, Prithvi learns that Janvi has received a job offer in London. He tries to convince her not to go, but Janvi insists she has no reason to stay back.

Back at the storeroom, Chirag asks Lavanya to open the door. Once free, he lifts Deepika in his arms. Mishka attempts to approach Deepika, but Chirag firmly pushes her aside.

At the hospital, doctors stabilise Deepika and assure Chirag that she is no longer in danger. However, they reveal a shocking truth—she has been suffering from heart failure for the past five years. Chirag comforts Ragini and Chandu, promising that their mother will recover soon.

Later, Baldev informs Chirag that Deepika’s health issue began after childbirth. When Chirag blames Siddhant for neglecting her, Baldev shocks him by clarifying that Siddhant is actually Deepika’s brother, not her husband. Omkar adds that Deepika’s real husband abandoned her and the children, urging Chirag to reconsider his own past actions.

Meanwhile, Mishka spirals into paranoia. Furious that her earlier plans failed, she smashes things around her house and hires a goon to kill Deepika, targeting Ragini and Chandu as part of her revenge.

At the hospital, Chirag recalls how Chandu always wanted him to take her mother for a check-up. He lovingly asks Deepika to rest, assuring her everything will be fine. Ragini and Chandu bring a handmade card for their mother, lightening the atmosphere. Chandu jokingly scolds Deepika for not caring for herself, while the nurse comments that she is just like her father.

As Omkar and Neelima prepare to leave to check on Janvi, Ragini and Chandu hesitate to go. Deepika tells them to go along, but Chirag insists his children won’t leave her side.

At the same time, Janvi begins packing for London. Frustrated, Prithvi confronts her and admits he was at the hospital with Deepika. Feeling insecure, Janvi decides to leave, claiming she has no one in the house. Neelima intervenes and demands answers. Prithvi tells Janvi that the whole family cares for her, ultimately convincing her to stay.

Meanwhile, Mishka sneaks into the hospital disguised as a nurse. She tampers with Deepika’s IV line, but Ragini spots her and alerts Chirag, saying the “aunty” did something to her mother’s drip. Chirag rushes to check and finds Deepika stable. Relieved, he decides to stay by her side and keep watch as she sleeps.
