During their drive, Anurag asks Durga to make a promise—to always stay by his side. However, Durga hesitates, worried that she might bring trouble into his life. Emotionally, Anurag declares that he wouldn’t be able to live if she ever left him. He tenderly holds her hand, but Durga pulls away, reminding him of society’s perception of her as a widow. Anurag firmly argues that, in his eyes, she has always been his wife, making the label of widow meaningless. Meanwhile, Tara demands to see her daughter, confronting Vikram in desperation. Vikram, cold and ruthless, orders his henchmen to sedate her daily, claiming a doctor has authorized it.
