Rajesh inquires Meera about the source of money for her pomegranate purchase. Meera discloses that Anubhav made the transaction. Upon realizing that Anurag was the one who footed the bill, Rajesh remarks on it. He then directs Meera to assist Durga with preparations as she will go to the Rathore mansion. Rajesh adds that Vikram has decided Durga should spend a few days there for her recovery.

Mohan is wary of Rajesh’s potential hidden intentions and fears that he may have ulterior motives regarding Durga. In response, Rajesh advises Mohan to take the bus and return to his hometown tonight. Mohan consents, prompting Rajesh to express his thoughts on Mohan’s choice.

While assisting Durga with preparations, Meera notices her unease and inquires why. Durga reveals her apprehension about their next meeting, to which Meera offers comfort and questions why she feels troubled despite having plans to visit the Rathore residence. Durga then confides in Meera about her gut feeling that something is amiss.

Meera expresses her worries, noting that she was prepared for Rajesh’s anger upon their homecoming. However, she is surprised by his uncharacteristic kindness. Meera speculates that Rajesh may have talked to Vikram about Durga, leading to his invitation for her to stay at the mansion. In Meera’s opinion, Durga should be there rather than at home. On the other hand, Durga is apprehensive that this could result in more trouble for her. Meera attempts to soothe her concerns, but Durga remains uncertain.

Vikram reprimands Anurag for his involvement with Durga, while Panibai also offers her opinion. However, Anurag tells her to refrain from interfering, causing hurt feelings. As a result, Panibai threatens to leave, but Vikram steps in and asks her not to take Anurag’s words personally. Vikram also scolds Anurag for disregarding Panibai as part of the family. Anurag retaliates by pointing out that if Durga, who was raised in their home, is not considered family and he is being criticized for helping her when she was injured, then Panibai cannot be considered family either.

Durga expresses her concern to Meera about the possibility of Rajesh causing harm to Anurag. Meera offers comfort and suggests that Durga stay at the Rathore mansion for a few days to spend time with Aarthi. However, Durga points out that Aarthi doesn’t speak to her. At that moment, they are interrupted by Rajesh knocking on the door, inquiring about their delay. Meera clarifies that Durga has several injuries that need tending to, which is why it’s taking some time.

Meera helps Durga get ready before she departs with Rajesh. Despite Durga’s wounds, Rajesh roughly takes hold of her hand, disregarding Meera’s request for him to be careful. As Durga glances back at Meera, it seems it could be their final encounter. Observing this, Rajesh remarks before taking Durga away.

Anurag and Vikram remain at odds. The following day, a people’s court will convene where Anurag must address the villagers’ concerns due to his actions. Anurag declares he is prepared to face them and inquires about the justice the Kabela people will receive. Vikram assures him that their homes will be rebuilt, and he is already in talks with others regarding it. Anurag persists, questioning if Rajesh will be held accountable, but Vikram clarifies that Anurag’s actions have hindered his ability to take action against him.

While walking, Durga inquires about their destination, as Rajesh is not heading toward the Rathore mansion. In a snide manner, Rajesh mentions Durga and Anurag and subsequently asks if she would sacrifice her life for him.
