Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein 10th August 2024 Written Episode begins with Sai irritated by mosquitoes in her room. She asks her nanny Asha to bring a racket. Asha returns with a tennis racket, but Sai says she needs a mosquito racket and asks her to call her papa. Meanwhile, a heavily drunk Rajat gets into his car and asks the driver to take him home. Sai calls him and requests him to bring a mosquito bat along with Pari aunty. Rajat, emotional, tells Sai how much he loves and misses her. Sai asks him to come over, so he instructs the driver to go via the market and then head to Arsh’s house.
Rajat reaches Arsh’s home. The nanny tells him she already cleared the mosquitoes and Sai is asleep, but he can still visit her. Rajat enters Sai’s room, gently strokes her hair, and pampers her while O Ri Chiraiya plays softly. He recalls the old mosquito racket incident and becomes emotional. When he steps out, he scolds the nanny, asking why Sai is not cared for properly here. The nanny firmly replies that Sai is well taken care of.
As Rajat heads toward the door, Arsh stops him and questions him for entering the house without permission. Rajat counters that Arsh did not ask for permission when he entered Rajat’s life and ruined it. Ashika arrives and asks Rajat what he is doing there. Rajat tells her to come back to him and expresses how much he misses her. Arsh becomes protective and warns him to behave with his girlfriend.
Rajat, still drunk, pours his emotions out. He reminds Ashika how much fun they once had, but now she only cares about money. He mocks her for lacking both Thakkar and Gujral identity, claiming she is nobody. Arsh warns him to watch his language. Rajat stops and announces that he is getting married soon. Ashika asks who the girl is. Rajat replies that whoever she is, she will be a thousand times better mother for Sai than Ashika ever was. He says Ashika is nothing more than a makeup doll and Sai will soon forget her.
He challenges Ashika that she and Arsh will soon come to drop Sai at his house. He then walks away. Ashika becomes suspicious and wonders who Rajat is marrying.
When Rajat returns to the car, the driver drives him home. Rajat recalls his challenge to Ashika and asks if people tell the truth when drunk. The driver nods. Rajat admits he praised Savi in front of Ashika, yet he cannot tolerate Savi for a second. He wonders how he will spend his whole life with her but believes Savi is the best person for Sai. He says his life may get spoiled, but Sai’s future will improve.
At the Bhosale house, the family prepares for Savi and Rajat’s kelvan. Harini shows the decorations to Savi. Savi remembers Rajat’s harsh words and grows emotional. Isha speaks to her gently to ease her tension.
The doorbell rings. Isha opens the door and finds Rajendra dozing while standing, wearing sunglasses and pressing the doorbell repeatedly. Rajendra enters and greets her with Jai Shri Krishna. Bhagyashree keeps ringing the bell until Isha shakes her awake. Bhagyashree asks if everyone went inside already. Isha takes her inside, and the Bhosales are stunned to see the Thakkar family’s exhausted condition. Harini jokes that Bhagyashree looks drunk before the function has even started.
Bhagyashree introduces her brother Jayantilal, his wife Janaki, and their daughter Kinjal. She explains they did not sleep all night because they were playing cards and came directly without breakfast. She requests strong coffee. The Bhosales serve it and then invite them for lunch. Janaki whispers to Jayanti that the Bhosales are non-vegetarians and they cannot eat here. Jayanti politely informs the Bhosales of this. The drama continues as both families try to adjust to each other’s habits.
Precap: Savi and Rajat forget their engagement rings. Sai creatively gives them silk tape and they tie it around their fingers as rings. Singer Shaan performs Chand Sifarish and entertains the guests.
