Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein 23rd July 2024 Written Episode begins with Arsh calling Rajat to inform him that Rajat’s mother is at his house, pleading with Ashika to return Sai. He mocks Rajat, saying that sending his mother and brother there was a big mistake that weakened his custody case. Arsh adds that now no one can stop him from using this incident in court. Rajat, furious, asks Aman to contact Lucky, but Lucky keeps disconnecting his calls.

At Arsh’s home, Ashika rudely tells Bhagyashree to leave. Lucky tries to take Bhagyashree away, but Sai pleads with Savi to let her meet her grandmother and runs to Bhagyashree. Savi follows her. Bhagyashree confronts Savi, accusing her of defaming Rajat and snatching Sai. Ashika defends Savi, saying she is her guest and has every right to visit Sai.

Rajat arrives and firmly tells Ashika that Bhagyashree means far more to Sai than she does. He questions Bhagyashree for coming, and she replies that she came to take Sai home but found Savi and Ashika plotting against them. Rajat lashes out at Savi, accusing her of interfering in others’ matters and taking away people’s happiness. He then scolds Ashika. Sai pleads with her father to take her along, but Ashika refuses, clutching Sai tightly. Rajat leaves with Bhagyashree and Lucky.

Later, Ashika speaks to a travel agent and confirms her romantic week-long trip to Greece with Arsh. Meanwhile, Sai pleads to go with her father and grandmother. Savi comforts her, saying they had important work. She gives Sai some thalipeet and instructs Mrs Pereira to feed her. Savi wonders why Ashika insists on Sai’s custody when she plans to send her to a hostel.

Ashika then tells Savi that the Thakkars’ behavior proved she cannot lose Sai’s custody. She invites Savi for brunch, but Savi declines, saying she needs to reach school. When Savi asks if Sai will go to school the next day, Ashika says no, as Bhagyashree might try to take her again. She instead asks Savi to tutor Sai at home for a fee. Savi agrees but refuses payment. As Ashika leaves, she chats happily with Arsh on the phone. Savi silently wonders if she made a mistake by handing Sai over to Ashika.

Back home, Rajat scolds Bhagyashree and Lucky for visiting Ashika’s house, warning that Arsh might now use this incident against them in court. Bhagyashree insists Rajat must bring Sai back at any cost. Aman calls lawyer Mr Wadia to ensure Rajat wins the custody case. Aman notices Mrunmayi in pain from a migraine but avoids entering her house, fearing her aunt might misunderstand. Rajat then takes Aman to meet Wadia’s legal team.

Meanwhile, Harini’s family visits the Bhosales. Vansh runs around excitedly, saying he will play with Savi aunty when she returns. Harini sends him to change and offers to make tea for Mrunmayi’s headache. Milind jokes that Mrunmayi gives everyone headaches, which she denies. When the doorbell rings, she assumes it is Savi but finds a delivery boy instead. He hands her a parcel of jalebis. She recalls how Aman once bought her jalebis during a migraine attack. When she checks the sender’s name, it turns out to be Aman. She smiles and thanks him, but Lucky becomes jealous upon learning this, realizing Aman still cares for his ex-girlfriend.

In the society meeting, the general secretary announces his retirement and plans elections for next week, allowing only homeowners to contest while tenants can vote. When asked why he is resigning, he says he wants a peaceful retired life. Members gossip that peace is impossible in their society due to frequent police visits and family disputes. Raju defends Shantanu’s family, clarifying that a misunderstanding had led to a false complaint and that Shantanu’s daughter actually saved his granddaughter Savi. Shantanu walks away silently.

Later, Savi returns home with snacks for Vansh. Harini tells her that Vansh wanted to take Savi aunty’s snacks for his picnic. Savi smiles, hoping Sai is also happy with her mother. At Arsh’s house, Ashika gets ready for a premiere party. Arsh compliments her beauty and confidence. Ashika tells him she has already submitted Sai’s hostel form.

Meanwhile, Mrs Pereira asks Sai to play while she gets milk. A doll suddenly falls, frightening Sai, who runs out calling for Ashika. Arsh urges Ashika to leave before Sai disturbs them. Sai hugs her mother, saying there is a ghost in her room. Arsh asks Mrs Pereira to take Sai back. Sai begs to sleep with her mother, but Arsh scares her by saying she will be served bitter food at the hostel if she doesn’t listen. Mrs Pereira takes Sai away as she cries.

Elsewhere, Vansh falls while playing. His parents rush to him, and Mrunmayi distracts him with jokes. Harini decides not to send him to the picnic, fearing he might get hurt again. Vansh pleads with Savi to convince his mother, but Harini refuses. Milind insists Vansh should go. Harini asks Savi if she thinks she is being stubborn. Savi replies that Harini is a loving mother, unlike Ashika, who plans to send Sai to a hostel while she vacations in Greece. Harini says every mother expresses love differently. Savi disagrees, saying Ashika is self-absorbed and not truly concerned for Sai. Harini assures Savi she did the right thing and would have been an excellent mother herself. Savi prays for Sai’s happiness.

Meanwhile, Rajat looks at Sai’s photo and tearfully recalls his promise. He says she will soon return to live with her grandparents and father. He expresses how much he misses her.

Precap: During the parent-teacher meeting, Rajat joins Savi and Sai. His friend jokes that Savi looks like his wife and they make a perfect family. Savi reminds Rajat that he did not want to attend the meeting, so why is he here? Rajat smiles and says he needs a favour – he wants her to pretend to be his wife for a few days.
