Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein 11th May 2024 Written Update begins with Surekha preparing for Reeva’s birthday celebration. She asks Asmita about her daughters, and Asmita replies they are on their way. Surekha urges Anvi and Durva to hurry as Reeva’s parents are expected to arrive soon. She inquires about Chinmay, and Shikha tells her that he won’t attend as he has work. Concerned, Surekha tries to call Ishaan, but his phone is unreachable.
Reeva arrives with her parents and becomes anxious upon hearing this. Surekha questions Yashwant and Nishi about Ishaan’s whereabouts, but they are unaware and reassure her he might be on his way. Surekha, however, worries since Ishaan never avoids calls from his family. She notices Reeva’s distress and asks her the reason. Savi then reveals she saw a video of herself taking money from a reporter who spread false news, and suspects that Ishaan is disturbed after watching it. Surekha lashes out at Savi for destroying their family’s peace.
Meanwhile, at her tea stall, Savi recalls Ishaan accusing her of taking money to defame him and his family. She feels deeply hurt that Ishaan doesn’t trust her. Shukla and his wife advise her to close the stall and rest. Suddenly, Surekha calls and demands to know Ishaan’s whereabouts. Savi reminds her that she’s no longer connected to the Bhosale family. Surekha, enraged, blames Savi for Ishaan’s disappearance and curses her to live alone forever. Disturbed by her harsh words, Savi receives a message from Shikha urging her not to take Surekha’s words seriously and to inform them if she hears from Ishaan. Shukla’s wife notices Savi’s troubled state and asks what’s wrong.
Elsewhere, Ishaan visits his lawyer. The lawyer assumes Ishaan wants to file a defamation case against the newspaper, but Ishaan declines. Instead, he requests the immediate preparation of divorce papers for himself and Savi. Chinmay contacts Ishaan’s friends, asking them to notify him if they locate Ishaan. Reeva leaves home to search for Ishaan, despite Surekha’s warning to not go alone, and takes Chinmay with her.
Ishaan, heavily drunk, walks aimlessly on the street as the “Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein” song plays. Meanwhile, Savi lies awake, unable to sleep, confused about why she’s so worried for Ishaan. Ishaan, in his intoxicated state, speaks to a mannequin outside a wedding hall, expressing his pain and betrayal. He recalls supporting Savi against everyone, believing in her love, only to feel shattered by her supposed betrayal.
Back home, Shukla’s wife comforts Savi, sensing her anxiety. Ishaan continues venting, declaring he won’t tolerate Savi’s actions anymore. He climbs onto a bench. Reeva, spotting him, stops her car and rushes to him. She pleads with him to get down and expresses concern for his condition. Ishaan feels guilty and broken, confessing he hurt her by marrying Savi, even though he loved her too. He admits Savi betrayed him, and despite everything, Reeva always stood by him.
Reeva assures Ishaan of her unwavering love and promises to shield him from all pain. Ishaan hugs her emotionally, recognizing that Reeva has always truly loved him. They share an emotional embrace, reaffirming their bond.
