Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein 12th July 2024 Written Episode Update begins with a waiter spilling alcohol on heavily drunk Rajat at Harsh’s party. Harsh scolds the waiter, and Rajat asks for the direction to the washroom. Harsh directs him near his and Ashika’s room, smirking.
Elsewhere, Milind drives Harini towards a temple for Savi and Shashank’s engagement. He asks her if she packed shagun envelopes and dhoti for the pandit. Harini says yes and reminds him that Urmila insisted on giving just one envelope directly to Savi, but she wanted to add one more gift from their side. Milind, treating Savi like his sister, insists he will personally give it. Harini admits feeling jealous but happy that Savi has him in her life. She prays Savi’s bond with Shashank grows strong and that her dream of becoming a mother comes true soon.
At 3 a.m., Savi wakes up worried for Sai. She finds her family already preparing for the temple visit. Isha encourages her to get ready while Mrunmayi reminds her that jewellery is already arranged. Meanwhile, Rajat drunkenly enters Harsh and Ashika’s room, throws away Ashika’s sari in anger, and smashes her photo frame. Aman quickly drags him away.
Savi gets ready for her engagement, but her worry for Sai grows stronger. A makeup artist compliments her look and leaves to fetch her kit. Before leaving for the temple, Savi decides to check on Sai once more.
Rajat returns home with Aman. Despite his state, he sends Aman away and heads upstairs. To his shock, he finds Savi knocking at his door. Rajat pins her to the wall, accusing her of using Sai as an excuse to enter his life. Savi firmly warns him to behave. Rajat calls her greedy and offers her money, but Savi slaps him hard. Rajat collapses on her, and she drags him inside, placing him on the sofa. She mutters that he is a cheap man and weird, not worth seeing again.
Just as she tries to leave, Sai calls for her “mummy.” Rushing inside, Savi finds Sai with froth at her mouth and a high fever. She notices an empty cough syrup bottle nearby and realises Sai was given an adult syrup. Mamta, half-asleep, yells at Savi to let her rest. Alarmed, Savi carries Sai to her car and rushes her to the hospital.
At the hospital, staff shift Sai to the emergency room. Savi pleads for a pediatrician, but one is unavailable. A senior cardiologist steps in and asks what happened. Savi explains about the adult cough syrup. The doctor scolds her for being careless and asks her to sign consent forms before transferring Sai to minor OT to pump out the syrup. Savi hesitates but signs.
Meanwhile, Bhagyashree wakes up at home and realises Sai is missing. She questions Mamta, who cluelessly says Sai was beside her. Panicked, Bhagyashree wakes Rajat and the whole family. Lucky informs them that the watchman saw Savi leaving with Sai in a car. Rajat finds Savi’s ring at home, recalling her concern for Sai. But Bhagyashree accuses Savi of kidnapping Sai.
Precap: Bhagyashree files a police complaint accusing Savi and Isha of kidnapping Sai. Police arrest Isha and Shantanu, demanding they reveal Savi’s location.
