Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein 13th July 2024 Written Episode Update begins with Savi worrying about Sai’s health. She thinks she has already informed Mr. Thakkar about Sai’s condition and wonders if she should tell Isha, but cannot disclose her location.
At the temple, Shashank’s mother explains that Jeevdani Maata is their kuldevi, which is why they wanted to perform the pooja first and the sakharpuda (engagement) later at home. She feels happy that Isha agreed. Urmila taunts that it is surprising Savi found a good groom after everything that happened. Shashank interrupts, saying he is the lucky one to have Savi. Panditji reminds them that the brahma muhurat is passing and asks to call the couple. Shashank phones Savi, who explains she is stuck in an emergency. She reveals Sai’s health has worsened and she has admitted her to the hospital. Just then, Savi’s phone switches off. Shantanu informs Isha privately that Savi cannot come to the temple. Isha hides the truth from Shashank’s family, making excuses about Savi’s lehenga tearing.
Meanwhile, Rajat rushes to Savi’s flat, knocking loudly. Bhagyashree panics and asks him to break the door. Raju calms her, saying no one is home since the family went for Savi’s engagement. Tara suggests filing a police complaint against Savi for kidnapping Sai. Mamta silently worries they may discover she fed Sai a full bottle of cough syrup.
At the hospital, Savi returns to the ICU. Sai vomits, alarming the nurse, who calls the doctor. The doctor says Sai’s condition is critical and immediate treatment is needed, but scolds Savi for not signing the consent form. He refuses to proceed without a parent’s signature. Savi rushes to Ashika’s house, begging her to sign. Harsh stops Ashika, reminding her of her promise never to look back. Savi leaves disappointed.
At the police station, the Thakkar family lodges a complaint accusing Savi of kidnapping Sai. Raju tries to defend Savi, but Rajat pressures the inspector to take action. Soon, the police arrive at the Bhosale house with the Thakkars, demanding to know where Savi is. The inspector, acting rudely, orders a full search of the house, humiliating Isha and Shantanu in front of the guests.
Precap: On Bhagyashree’s complaint, the inspector forcefully arrests Isha and Shantanu. Savi reaches the police station with bail papers. The inspector informs her that Rajat has already withdrawn the complaint. Savi angrily asks if he has realised who is truly at fault. Isha urges Savi to complete her engagement, but Savi shocks everyone by declaring her engagement is cancelled.
