Savi was in tears upon seeing Harini’s condition in the ICU. The doctor informed her that Harini’s physical and mental well-being were severe. Desperate for answers, Savi asked when her Tai would recover. The doctor assured her they would do everything they could to help Harini. Ishaan reassured Savi not to worry about finances and to focus on Harini’s treatment. Savi expressed her gratitude towards Ishaan, acknowledging that she could never repay his kindness. As he held her hands, Ishaan couldn’t help but recall the accident that led to this tragic situation. Reeva observed this interaction and understood Ishaan’s concern for Savi after losing her family. However, she sensed something Ishaan was hiding, something he didn’t want anyone to discover.
In the walk with Yashwant, Surekha asks Ishaan why he has not returned home for three days and isn’t answering her phone calls. Ishan says Savi’s family. Surekha says she read about Savi’s family’s death and feels sorry for her. Yashwant tells her to seek any help if needed. Savi thanked him and said Ishan had helped her a lot. As Ishaan is too busy and has so much work pending, Surekha thinks she should have called her instead of Ishaan.
The nurse takes Savi along when she says they need her signatures. Ishan asks Surekha what she told Savi. Ishan tries to refuse, but Surekha says he should look at Reeva, who came here eagerly and is waiting for him without saying anything. He should go home and perform a mehendi ceremony with Reeva tomorrow. Surekha says she won’t listen to anything and takes him home.
The mehendi ceremony of Ishaan and Reeva begins the next day. Surekha prays to God that nobody’s nazar falls on them, and Yashwant jokes that nobody can put evil eyes on Ishan when she is with Ishaan. Durva calls Prateek and asks him to play jazzy songs instead of boring ones so they can stay together forever. Surekha ties a protective thread on Ishaan and Reeva’s wrists and hopes they are together forever.
Prateek asks if the groom’s side can match the energy of the bride’s side. Durva challenges him for a face-off. Both sides dance energetically to Navrai Maji Ladachi Ladachi Ga… Vinayak challenged Ishan to a dance face-off with Savi, and he accepted the challenge and danced.
The doctor delivers the news to Savi that Harini has lost a significant amount of blood, and her condition is critical. She urgently needs O-negative blood to be arranged within 2.5 hours. Meanwhile, after their confrontation, Surekha requests Ishaan to hand over the wedding dress to Reeva. However, Ishaan remembers Ninad warning him about someone sending the dress and pressuring Savi into marriage. Overwhelmed, he drops the shagun thali and leaves in a hurry. In the washroom, he splashes water on his face while recalling the accident. Prateek hears him and asks if everything is alright. Savi frantically contacts multiple blood banks for O-negative blood but to no avail. As a last resort, she turned to social media and posted a video appealing to an O-negative blood donor.
Ishaan is busy with videos and has reached out to Savi. She breaks the news that Harini urgently needs O-negative blood, but unfortunately, no blood bank has it in stock. The doctor stresses the need for immediate action as Harini’s condition deteriorates rapidly. Without hesitation, Ishaan assures Savi of his prompt arrival at the hospital. Reeva panics upon seeing a fallen thali. In an attempt to console her, Swati and Surekha persuade her to accept the shagun thali. Ishaan turns to Prateek for assistance, and they make their way to the hospital together. To everyone’s relief, the nurse informs them that a donor has been found. They proceed to the blood donation room, where the sight of Kiran takes them aback as the donor.
