Savi reveals that the engagement has been canceled. Tara apologises to Rajat for her mistake. Raju tells everyone that they should apologise to the Bhosales, because of whom Savi saved Sai, yet they sent them to jail. He adds that Savi gave up her engagement for Sai. Raju scolds Bhagyashree for sending Sai with careless Rajat and Mamta to the award function. Rajat insists he withdrew the complaint, and the Bhosales must have been released. Raju lashes out at him, saying that despite being CEO of the year, Rajat cannot manage his daughter. Rajat receives a call from a news channel about his interview, but angrily cancels it.

Isha breaks down after hearing about the canceled engagement. Savi comforts her, saying it is good that the engagement ended because Shashank is a coward and unfit to be her partner. Isha questions why Savi always suffers despite never doing wrong. Meanwhile, the constable watches a news broadcast by Chitra, Harsh’s puppet anchor, claiming that Shantanu and Isha kidnapped Rajat’s daughter. Aman consoles a guilt-stricken Rajat, urging him to move on. Rajat drinks alcohol and admits he feels lost. Tara tries to take the blame, but Rajat confesses that Savi was right about him being a careless father. He regrets punishing Sai for Ashika’s mistakes. Tara encourages him to give the interview. Aman and Bhagyashree also insist. Bhagyashree recalls how the family celebrated when he won CEO of the year. Chitra later informs Harsh that Rajat agreed to the interview. Harsh tells her that Savi is innocent and predicts she will try to expose Rajat. He demands that she arrange a face-off interview between Rajat and Savi.

Rajat leaves for work and sees Savi’s missed calls. He assumes she wanted to discuss Sai and thinks about apologising but changes his mind after remembering how badly he insulted her. Meanwhile, Isha remains distressed, saying she wants to call Shashank and his family to apologise, but they are avoiding her. She insists she will speak to the Thakkars and Rajat to fix things. Savi begs her not to apologise and gives her Ishaan’s promise. She warns Isha not to mention her engagement again, saying otherwise she will rather die.

Savi then receives a call from her school principal, who asks about the news. Savi explains she is innocent and is ready to step down if needed. The principal says she is receiving calls from worried parents but is concerned about Savi too. Savi ends the call, unwilling to comment further, and tells Harini and Mrunmayi. Mrunmayi says Isha is right that Savi is too kind, which is why people misuse her silence, especially Rajat. Soon, Chitra calls Savi, admitting that the news was fake. She informs Savi that Rajat will give an interview at 5 p.m. to gain sympathy and requests her to attend to expose him. Savi agrees, determined to reveal the truth. Harsh vows to ruin Rajat further after losing the award to him.

At the office, Rajat calls Shashank. Shashank says he ended his engagement with Savi because of her actions against Rajat. Rajat shuts him up and offers him a lucrative contract to manage his business events for a year if he marries Savi. Rajat then instructs his assistant to confirm the media interview.

Precap: During the interview, Rajat says that success never prevents him from being a caring father. The interviewer asks if he manages to care for Sai despite his busy schedule. Savi interrupts, throws a report on him, and declares that Rajat is the worst father. She reminds him that when Sai consumed adult cough syrup and was in critical condition, she saved her, while he sent her parents to jail.
