Ishaan asks Surekha to keep smiling always and punish him if she doesn’t like anything he does, but not trouble herself. Reeva gives Ishaan tiffin before he leaves for college. Surekha gets emotional and asks him to stop crying and return to college. Surekha feels that only Reeva is perfect for Ishaan.
Shikha regrets not standing up for Savi when she was humiliated by Surekha. Asmita witnessed a similar injustice towards Isha and could not do anything about it then. However, Shikha can rectify her mistake by telling Ishaan about Surekha’s actions of locking Savi in a room and preventing her from attending a seminar. Nishi overhears and asks Asmita for a file, and they both leave the room together. However, Nishi locks the door and threatens Asmita not to speak against Surekha or attempt to take her place. He reminds her that Surekha is in charge of this house and cannot be replaced by anyone. Asmita is left crying.
When Ishaan returns home at night, Savi is standing on one foot. She says he punished her for standing on one foot. He says he meant that and asks her to stand on both feet. She slips, and he holds her. Their nok jhok begins. He makes her rest in bed, scolds her for not having medicine yet, and offers her medicine. She asks him for water. Seeing her bruised hand, he applies medicine and asks how she got it.
Savi says it was caused by cutting raw mangoes. He asks if she knows ex-commissioner Sanjeev Salaskar. Since he was her father’s senior and considered his mother her daughter, Savi has known him since childhood. She was eager to meet him and find out more about her parents. The officer he discussed during the seminar is her father, DCP Virat Chavan. According to Ishaan, Sanjeev called him son-in-law.
Invi informs Savi that Yashwant is calling her. Yashwant asks her if she knows a former commissioner. Savi says he was her father’s senior and used to consider his mother his daughter. Yashwant asked how long she had met him and what she had discussed. When he noticed the mangalsutra in her neck, he questioned her, and she told him she was married to Ishaan. She said she had informed him that she was Virat and Sai’s daughter for 10-15 minutes.
Savi says that Ishaan has done a lot of favors to her family, and his family has allowed her to stay in his house so she would never badmouth them. Yashwant asks if she badmouthed them, and she describes how they confine her in a room. She must follow specific rules in this house, Yashwant says, such as not leaving via pipe or without permission, because this is the best way to repay their kindness.
After greeting him goodnight, Savi limps away. Nishi explains that Yashwant thought she would never talk about her kidnap if she didn’t go outside, but she jumped out of the window and met her commissioner uncle. As Nishi says they need to find a permanent solution, Yashwant says they shouldn’t let her go outside.
While listening to the radio, Ishaan hears the DJ discussing Valentine’s Day. As a gesture of kindness, he offers Savi his mobile as a gift. Curious, Savi questions if it is meant to be her Valentine’s present. Ishaan clarified that he wanted to replace her lost mobile and suggested she note it in her diary and reimburse him once she starts working. Expressing gratitude, Savi thanks him for the kind offer. Ishaan then asks if she likes the pink mobile he chose for her. Savi playfully argues with him about it in an actual, playful fashion before eventually accepting it. Ishaan adds that she can keep his old mobile if she doesn’t like this one. After swapping their sim cards, Savi inquires if he is satisfied with his new mobile, and Ishaan responds positively, slightly nervously. She then gushes about how cute it is.
Yashwant suggests they should find a way to keep Savi at home, just like they do with Shikha, and somehow “tame” her. Nishi inquires about their plan, to which Yashwant responds by saying they must manipulate Ishaan. He explains that he wants Ishaan to convince Savi to sleep on the bed because she may have back pain if she sleeps on the floor. However, Savi insists that Ishaan sleeps on the bed instead since it’s his room. Ishaan also insists on sleeping on the same bed, but Savi worries about breaking it like last time. Ishaan then suggests there is another room nearby with a bed where he can sleep instead. Curious, Savi asks for the whereabouts of this room.
