Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein 1st May 2024 Written Episode begins with Surekha suggesting that Savi might have indirectly asked hospital staff to contact Ishaan for payment, assuming she couldn’t ask him directly after slapping him. Ishaan reveals that Savi declined his help and now he’s unsure how she’ll manage the bills. Surekha questions his concern, saying he should be glad to be rid of Savi, but Ishaan walks away, unwilling to talk further.
Surekha then offers comfort and food, suggesting that Ishaan and Reeva go out to a restaurant Durva booked for them. Reeva senses Ishaan’s mood and offers to cancel it, but Ishaan agrees to freshen up and accompany her.
Meanwhile, Savi pays part of the hospital bill and pleads for time to arrange the rest. Suddenly, she receives a message about ₹5 lakhs being credited to her account. Suspecting Ishaan, she grows furious. Outside, Ishaan and Reeva prepare to leave when Savi arrives and lashes out at Reeva for the unsolicited transfer. She plays an audio message where Reeva explains she wanted to support Savi for her exams and her sister’s treatment. Savi, hurt and angry, insists she doesn’t need help from anyone linked to Ishaan and sends the money back before storming off.
Later, Ishaan reflects in his office. Reeva apologizes, stating her intentions were pure. Ishaan acknowledges neglecting her support and offers her a waffle as a small gesture of gratitude, which brings a smile to Reeva’s face.
On the other side, Savi stares at unconscious Harini, wondering how to afford her treatment without Ishaan’s help. A notification reminds her about the final exam, and she decides to focus on studies. At college, Anvi and Durva stress over their syllabus. Ishaan cheers them up with modaks and teaches them in Savi’s style. Anvi reminds him of Savi’s sudden departure after her proposal, but Ishaan downplays it, calling her just a student.
Meanwhile, Savi is handed a medicine bill and struggles with how to pay it. A group message sparks an idea—she decides to photocopy and sell her notes to raise money. As she distributes them to students, Yashwant notices her actions.
The next morning, Shikha expresses concern about Savi and the upcoming final exam. She tries calling her, and Savi hesitates upon seeing the call.
