Ishan punishes Anvi by suspending her from college for a week. Yashwant, the director of Bhosale institute, enters and reminds everyone that Ishan’s authority should not be questioned. He warns Durva that she will face consequences if Ishan orders it. Yashwant reprimands Durva for damaging their family’s reputation and assigns her household tasks starting tomorrow, with assistance from Asmita and Shikha in the kitchen while Surekha supervises. Despite Durva’s pleas, Surekha follows Yashwant’s orders and takes away her phone. Devastated, Durva walks away in tears. Ishan agrees with Yashwant’s decision while Surekha reassures him that Durva will improve in a week. She then instructs him to go to his room while she prepares tea for him.

Savi returns home with a plant. Harini expresses her gratitude to mother earth, assuming Savi’s problem has been resolved. Savi agrees, understanding her friend well. Harini reminisces about their childhood and inquires if the perpetrators received punishment. Savi confirms that they did, but she also granted them forgiveness as she values education. Despite initially denying it, Ishan eventually confesses that he’s upset with Isha’s behavior and had called his mother seeking comfort. Surekha reveals Isha’s desire to return to their home and regain Ishan’s support in her old age. She promises to fulfill any of Isha’s demands except for returning Ishan back to her. She begs him not to be swayed by Isha’s tactics and stay by her side forever, to which Ishan assures that he will always be there for her.

Ishan takes class on nation’s economy and explains that women contribute less to the GDP of their country. Savi thanks Anvi for supporting her against her sister the next morning. Ishan says she just did her job which she should have done long ago. Savi defers his views to Ishan’s. The author explains that if someone is hired to perform household chores, including cleaning, cooking, and caring for elders, a person has to pay between 20000 rs and 60000 rs, and this contributes to GDP.
