Savi’s senior questions why she, coming from a decent family, works as a waitress. Savi responds that she does not mind hard work and needs to pay for her education, which led her to this job at the cafe. During a video call with Senior’s mother, Savi is called Harini. The sound of this name brings up emotions in Savi, as she remembers when Harini confided in her about her pregnancy. As Harini’s daughter speaks to her during the call, she notices someone standing behind Harini and asks who it is. Harini introduces Savi as the new maasi/aunt who just joined today.
Nishikanth feels humiliated by Yashwant’s decision to entrust Ishaan with the responsibility of the new college instead of him. Concerned, Asmita asks if something has happened to upset him. Nishi replies that nothing has occurred because of him. Asmita then inquires about Surekha, wondering if she had anything to do with Savi’s scholarship being taken away as she had seen Surekha appearing pleased. At the same time, Savi seemed worried earlier that day. Nishi becomes angry and flings his glass of water aside before clutching his face tightly. He warns Asmita to stay out of it and insists on her respecting Surekha, adding that he never wants to hear anything negative about her. Asmita pleads for him to let go as it is causing her pain.
Nishi leaves Asmita and walks away, fuming when Savi returns home. Nishi walks into her room when he hears her crying. Savi inquires if she is okay and if she is injured. Nishi asked Asmita if she was OK, a water glass fell from her hand and water fell on her face. Asmita says she is fine, a water glass fell from her hand and water fell on her face. Asmita says genuine people cannot lie. She walks away crying as she decides to go to the kitchen.
Durva and Anvi inform Surekha about the reception arrangements for Ishaan and Savi. Anvi mentions that the wedding photographer is curious about Savi’s family for the photoshoot. However, Surekha sadly reveals that Samrudh has killed Savi’s family, and there are no surviving members. Shikha sympathizes with Savi. Durva suggests they should feel sorry for Ishaan, who ended up marrying a gold digger like Savi and is now stuck with her. As Ishaan arrives home with Reeva, he becomes upset with Durva’s words. Despite her insistence on telling the truth, Ishaan warns Durva to refrain from speaking ill of Savi or accept her as his sister-in-law. In the meantime, Savi returns to her room to ponder discussing her job situation with Ishaan.
Ishaan seethes at the thought of Durva’s harsh words and feels remorse for blaming himself for the tragedy of Savi’s family. Reeva approaches him, offering solace and reminding him she is on his side. Ishaan dismisses Reeva’s defence, stating he cannot stand for anyone speaking ill of Savi. Reeva counters by revealing that Savi had insulted Surekha and declared her independence from adhering to the house rules. Ishaan defends Savi, explaining that she has gone through a lot and that while she may be immature, she has a good heart. Reeva argues that this does not give Savi the right to disrespect Surekha.
Savi walks in and confronts Reeva about her actions. Ishaan questions her presence. Savi explains that she came to speak with him and overheard their conversation where Reeva was speaking negatively about her. Ishaan denies this accusation. Savi clarifies that she heard them discussing how she should show respect to the elders who have allowed her to stay in their home. Reeva then points out that eavesdropping is impolite. Savi emphasizes that speaking ill of someone behind their back is also inappropriate behaviour. Reeva defends herself by saying she was sharing her thoughts and concerns, as she has noticed Savi’s frequent disrespect towards Surekha. However, Savi argues that she merely stood up for her rights and not being disrespectful.
He asks Savi to calm down. Reeva says she felt bad when someone spoke ill of her in college but didn’t see how Surekha and her family spoke bad about dead family and her and restricted her from even going out, as Ishaan said. Now, Ishaan is going over the topic. Savi says she is on topic and that everyone hates her here, but Reeva has no right to criticize her behind her back since nobody hates her.
