As Kiran introduces himself to Yashwant, Ishan, and Nishikant as Savi’s brother-in-law, he mentions his previous visit during Savi’s admission. Ishan remembers the incident and expresses his frustration with the drama. He questions why Kiran has chosen to come forward with these accusations. Kiran accuses Savi of being of questionable character, claiming she frequently spends nights with other boys. However, Nishikant reminds him that their issues with Savi should not concern them. In response, Kiran accuses Isha of enabling Savi’s misconduct. But Ishan interjects by stating they know Savi’s actions outside of college but believe it is not their place to intervene in her personal affairs.
Kiran accuses Savi of sexually abusing him when he is alone at home, and he asks them not to let such a characterless girl stay in hostels. Ishan asks what is the proof of his allegation. Kiran says he is not accusing baselessly. Yashwant asks if Kiran is allowed to say the same before committee members. Ishan and Yashwant do not give Savi a hostel room.
Nishikant reassures Yashwant that Kiran’s accusations are likely unfounded. In response, Yashwant suggests using Kiran to their advantage for personal gain. Nishi inquires about the contents of an envelope. With a smirk, Yashwant departs. As Savi enters the office, she asks Ishan for Yashwant’s whereabouts as she needs his signature on a hostel admission form. Ishan informs her that he has gone out and suggests returning another day. Savi insists on getting college admission, and Ishan firmly states their policy against admitting those who lie or deceive others. Savi reminds him to adhere to the college’s rules, but Ishan remains steadfast in his beliefs and continues arguing with her.
Shikha and Asmita enjoy tea at Shantanu and Isha’s home and are grateful to have a break from their usual kitchen duties. However, their peaceful moment is interrupted by Yashwant’s voice at the door. In a frenzy, Shikha hides behind a sofa while Isha quickly ushers them into a nearby room and instructs them not to come out until she gives the okay. Shantanu answers the door to find an unexpected visit from Yashwant. He states he has no intention of arguing but came to share the news that Ishan has fallen into a depression since Shantanu left home. Curious about what happened to Ishan, Isha inquires further, only for Yashwant to explode with frustration, claiming it is Shantanu’s responsibility to do something for his son in this dire state.
Savi once again faces Ishan during his busy meeting and presents the college’s book of rules on screen. Reminded of Reva’s actions, Ishan points out that according to the regulations, committee members cannot reject a candidate based on personal opinion and must ensure their comfortable stay at the hostel. However, Savi points out the last rule she missed – that approval is ultimately up to the committee’s discretion. Ishan then boldly declares that he will ensure Savi does not get accommodation in any way. Undaunted, Savi accepts his challenge and vows to secure accommodation for herself.
