That night, Rajat passes by Sai’s room and overhears her murmuring in her sleep about his broken promise. Feeling guilty, he sits beside her, apologises softly, and leaves a surprise soft toy gift. Seeing her lip mole reminds him of his ex-wife.
The next morning, Bhagyashree assumes Rajat won’t attend Sai’s sports day, but Rajat surprises everyone by announcing he will go. Sai beams with joy. At school, Rajat arrives on a work call, while Savi prepares the children. When she confronts him, he arrogantly assumes she is flirting with him, but then saves her from a falling chair. Their eyes lock, creating an awkward moment. Sai introduces her teacher as Savi, linking their names. Rajat admits he had to attend for Sai’s sake, though Savi doubts his sincerity.
During the bunny hop race, parents are asked to fix bunny ears on their kids. Rajat gets distracted on his phone until Savi orders him to focus. Sai wins but injures her knee. Both Rajat and Savi rush to help. Savi tends to her wound while Rajat insists on calling a doctor. Outside, he secretly phones Aman to locate the nearest hospital, showing concern for Sai’s pain.
Later, when Rajat tries to take Sai home, she clutches Savi’s hand, refusing to leave without her. Rajat reluctantly allows Savi to accompany them, and the trio share a quiet car ride. As Sai drifts to sleep, Rajat looks calmer while Savi keeps her entertained. Background music plays as an unspoken bond starts to form.
Meanwhile, Isha mistakes a call in Savi’s diary for proof that Rajat and Savi are dating, leaving her thrilled at the thought. At the building, a new clash erupts between Isha and Bhagyashree when Chocolate runs towards her. Rajat, carrying Sai, witnesses more chaos as he enters the lift with Savi by his side.
Precap: Isha praises Savi as a perfect daughter-in-law but Savi admits she can’t be a mother. Bhagyashree pushes Rajat to marry for Sai’s sake, but Rajat refuses, saying women he meets only chase his money. Sai hugs Savi warmly, but Rajat drags her away, believing Savi is also trying to trap him.
