Ishaan feels emotional looking at his and Reeva’s prewedding pictures while the song Jaane Wo Kaise Log The Jinko Pyar Pe Pyar Mila.. plays in the background. He clears the bed of all the gifts and photos as Reeva knocks on the door. Assuming it’s Savi, Ishaan asks for a few minutes to tidy up before she enters and rests on the bed. Reeva enters and offers help, taking her bags with Savi as she walks in. Later, back in her room, Reeva experiences an asthma attack but realizes she left her inhaler in Ishaan’s room.
Ishaan hears that Savi lost her family and knows that family means a lot to Ishaan. Savi will obey Yashwant’s order, stay here until Harini is well, and then leave. Ishaan asks her to rest instead of thinking so much. The motto of the marriage is to save Tai’s life; once Tai is out of danger, it is complete and does not need to be continued. He asks if she knows anything about the kidnappers. She says one of the men was Raghu, and he was addressing someone over the phone as boss, so she knows it’s Samrudh.
Hearing that, Nishi becomes tense. He tells Ishaan that his wife gave him a good lead about kidnappers and asks Savi if she remembers their faces. She says she does. A sketch artist will draw their sketches soon, he says. Yashwant scolds Ishaan for messing up things after the police leave and asks him to tell the kidnappers to hide before the police or Ishaan find them.
As Savi is weak, Ishaan asks her to rest on a bed. Savi recalls Ishaan saying he doesn’t sleep on the floor and asks him to sleep on the bed. The argument begins. Both of them fall into a bed while pulling a blanket. The bed breaks down. Their eyes lock. Ishan then gets up and helps her out. He says his bed wouldn’t have broken if she hadn’t gotten so adamant.
The bedsheet wouldn’t have broken if he hadn’t adamantly pulled it. She asks him for a needle and thread, but he says it’s more important to fix the bed before the family wakes up and tries to fix it. He nails the bed wrong, and she gets worried as she recalls Ishaan and Savi’s words. Reeva tears.
