The episode begins with Ishaan getting drunk during Reeva’s bachelorette party as he watches her enjoying with friends. Chinmay approaches and asks what he is looking at. Ishaan says Reeva seems happy. Chinmay asks if he is happy, reminding him that pretending to be happy can’t last forever. He tells Ishaan to question his heart about whether he wants to be with Reeva or Savi. Spotting Shikha feeling uneasy, Chinmay rushes to her. Ishaan quietly admits to himself – with Savi.
Later, Ishaan visits Savi’s tea shop but finds it closed. Tere Dar Par Sanam plays as he recalls Savi’s first day in college. He notices a girl, Suman Mhatre, pleading with the watchman to let her stay inside until her admission is done. Ishaan offers to help her the next day and lets her sleep in his cabin, recalling when Savi had been in the same situation.
Meanwhile, Savi is studying when Harini warns her about Bhanwar. Hearing a knock, Savi mistakes the visitor for Bhanwar and attacks with a dupatta and a rolling pin—only to find Ishaan. He complains she always beats him. Inside, she tends to him with a hot water bag and asks why he came so late. Ishaan says he was reminded of her by seeing Suman. Reeva’s repeated calls go ignored. Savi reminds him they are strangers now and tells him to leave. Ishaan insists on tea, saying his preferences have changed. Savi teases him for still liking coffee. She sends him out and shuts the door, but he falls asleep outside holding her dupatta.
The next morning, Ishaan wakes to multiple missed calls and rushes home, where the family is tense. Yashwant (YRB) demands to know where he was. Ishaan lies that he slept in his car. YRB then shows a viral video of Suman accusing Ishaan of molesting her in exchange for letting her stay in his cabin. Savi is shocked, refusing to believe it, and defends Ishaan when reporters gossip at her tea shop. Harini hopes someone can give evidence for Ishaan.
At the college, reporters swarm the entrance. Reeva scolds Ishaan for coming to campus despite YRB’s advice. Inside, YRB insists they must meet Suman before anyone else does. Patil arrives, revealing police have secured Suman beyond their reach. He mocks Ishaan and presents arrest orders. When YRB protests, Patil warns he will arrest him too. Ishaan is taken into custody in front of the entire college.
