The episode of Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein 8th July 2024 begins with Rajat stopping a horse chariot and requesting a ride to Bandra West. The chariot owner refuses his money, saying not everything can be bought. However, when Savi requests politely, he agrees to take them. He jokes that he will accept humbleness from Savi and money from Rajat. The chariot named “Prem Khatola” moves, and the owner says it has carried many lovers before. Savi and Rajat share a silent moment as romantic music plays.
Meanwhile, Shashank calls Savi, asking her to attend a corporate event with him. Savi agrees. When Rajat asks who she was speaking to, she reveals it was her fiancé. Rajat remarks that people often lie in such situations, but Savi insists she hates lies. They reach home, where Tara secretly records them and shows Bhagyashree, who fumes that Savi is getting close to Rajat. Tara promises to keep them apart.
The next morning, Sai notices a CEO award and gets excited that her father might win one at an upcoming function. She wishes to attend it with him. Bhagyashree supports this, hoping father and daughter bond. On the other side, Isha is busy planning Savi and Shashank’s engagement, arranging everything in time. Mrunmayi, preparing for an interview, insists Savi should go ahead with her engagement despite her situation.
Later, Lucky cleverly manipulates Mrunmayi by offering her a lift and provoking her against Aman. She eventually agrees, not realising his hidden motives.
At school, Sai tells Savi she is attending a party with her father. Savi tries to explain it is an adult party, but Sai insists. Bhagyashree encourages Rajat to take Sai along, even though he fears Sai might meet her mother Ashika there. She assures him that Sai does not know her mother’s face, and Mamta will accompany them.
Meanwhile, Shashank takes Savi shopping for an engagement dress. Coincidentally, Rajat also comes to the same boutique. Savi chooses a blue dress, while Rajat unknowingly tries on Shashank’s blazer. The tension builds as their paths cross.
Elsewhere, Isha invites Urmila and then deliberately visits Bhagyashree to share Savi’s engagement news. She taunts Bhagyashree that her son is like a high-value note not everyone can afford, while Savi is like a torn note nobody wants. The heated exchange shows their rivalry is far from over.
