As Savi dries her hair in the morning, she accidentally drops some water on Ishaan’s sleeping face. She then gathers her college books, including her notebook, which happens to be hidden under his pillow. When trying to retrieve it, her hair tickles his nose, causing him to wake up and sneeze. Irritated, she accuses him of purposely sneezing on her. Ishaan questions her actions, and she explains that she was trying to get her book back from him, as he had hidden it to prevent her from attending college. Despite his refusal, Savi insists that there is no need to argue about it as she must complete her assignments and attend college no matter what.
Then Asmita notices Shikha sad and questions her. Shikha says Savi is being treated the same way she was. Her studies and dance classes were stopped, and she was confined to a house. Poor Savi is helpless like her. Savi is not helpless and knows how to fight for her rights, but she is worried about Ishaan, who is caught between his family and Savi and will be blamed by both.
If Surekha lets Savi attend college, Ishaan will blame her. If Surekha stops him from attending college, Savi will blame him. Ishaan asks Savi if she won’t be attending college today. Savi says no and asks him to let her study. She’ll stay home until reception, then attend college at any cost. Ishaan asks her why she suddenly changed her mind. Savi says she doesn’t want him always to be blamed for her actions.
Surekha performs pooja as Ishaan and Reeva get ready for college. She offers them Aarti and Prasad before inquiring if they will attend college together. Ishaan affirms this, and Surekha then asks about Savi’s plans. He informs her that she won’t be attending college until the reception. Surekha remarks that it’s good that she now has a conscience and gives them her blessings for a happy future. As they leave, Savi reads an article stating that Nagpur’s retired police commissioner, Sanjeev K Salaskar, will hold a free seminar for UPSC aspirants at noon at a public library hall. She decides to attend the conference.
As Surekha approaches Savi, she taunts her about her tea, breakfast, lunch, instructions, etc. Savi says she did not ask for favors. Surekha continues to taunt her about coming from a poor family and getting into a rich Bhosale family through clever tricks, etc. Savi is speechless. Surekha asks Savi if she knows how to do household chores or just learned how to relax.
Asmita brings tons of raw mangoes to make pickles. Surekha asks Savi to cut them. Savi says she knows household chores. Surekha says, “Let’s see if she can,” and takes her to the lawn. Why does Savi ask so much? Surekha says Yashwant’s VIP friends love her pickles, and she gifts them pickles every year, so she wants Shikha to grind masalas while Savi cuts the mangoes.
In the kitchen, Asmita feels sorry for Savi for having to do such a difficult task with her injured hand. Surekha scolds her. Savi struggles to cut the mangoes.
