Vijendra/Viju kaka tells Sai that life is a long journey where a person meets many people, but there is one person that he/she secretly wishes to walk with. When Sai asks if he found someone like that, Viju says he still thinks about that person. Sai asks who she is. Viju says he lost his true love because he couldn’t make the right decision at the right time.
Viju says loneliness is his companion now. Sai asks what her name was. Virat remembers Virat. He laughs and says he doesn’t call her my mother just like that, she digs the past. He says he is going now as he has a lot of work pending, so he asks her to mail him his reports.
When Virat returns home from the CA’s office, he says this problem has existed for years. Bhavani looks at Mohit and wonders why no one knew about it. Virat says Mohit really doesn’t know anything, and the CA told him many times Paakhi that such loans were harmful to her factory and business. Ninad inquires if the CA had any solutions. They cannot repay the loan and interest even when they sell the factory, Virat says.
Her husband set up the factory, and she bought up her family by managing it, so she asks him to sell all her jewelry, but not their factory. Omkar says he worked hard for it and will not let it be sold. Virat says there is no other option left. Bhavani curses Sai and Paakhi for getting them in this mess.
Gwori and Maddy watch a movie on a projector with Saavi and Satya. Maddy fumes when they both laugh. Gowri says Virat intends to watch the movie with Sai instead of Saavi. Satya smiles. Saavi says she forgot to inform Aayi. Sai is busy in Virat’s thoughts when Saavi calls and asks her to return home soon so she can watch a movie with her. Sai agrees and disconnects the call.
The doctor walks in and shows her Viju’s report. Sai is shocked to learn that Viju has a last-stage brain tumor, and he needs immediate surgery to prevent memory loss. Dr Survase asks her to tell commissioner sir. Sai breaks down and asks how she can break the news to her kaka. Dr Survase says that the commissioner sir has chosen her as his physician, so her duty is to meet him and present him with the results.
In a meeting with Virat, Sai arrives at Viju’s office. After greeting her, he asks if his reports came so soon, and if so, he’d like to spend some time with his chuiya. Sai says she has some work and will have tea later. Virat notices her face and realizes she is lying. Sai leaves Viju’s cabin.
When Virat stops her in the corridor, he asks why she lied for the first time. Sai tears up and hugs him. Virat comforts him and asks what happened. She reveals to Viju kaka that she cannot reveal the news to her kaka because he has a last-stage brain tumor and needs immediate surgery. Virat suggests that she call him to a restaurant and tell him the news.
Sai tells Viju she can talk about anything with him since he is still young at heart, not old like Virat, so he jokes that she can share anything with him. Virat says he is really young and lives life to the fullest. Viju says he doesn’t have time. Sai emotionally says she won’t let him do anything. Viju orders Virat to reveal the issue.
