The Episode starts with everyone rushing Anurag to the hospital after he collapses at the party. Ishaani sits beside him in the car, holding his hand tightly, while Shashwat drives as fast as he can. Pihu sits in silence, guilt and fear written across her face. Ishaani keeps calling Anurag’s name, pleading with him to wake up.

At the hospital, doctors take Anurag inside for treatment. Ishaani anxiously waits outside, trembling with worry. Shashwat tries to calm her, saying the doctors are doing their best. Pihu watches as Ishaani’s concern for Anurag becomes visible to everyone. She feels a sting of jealousy but tries to hide it.

After what feels like hours, the doctor comes out and informs them that Anurag fainted due to stress and fatigue, but he’s stable now. Ishaani breathes a sigh of relief. The doctor adds that he needs emotional stability and rest for a few days. Ishaani immediately volunteers to stay with him, surprising Shashwat and Pihu.

When Anurag regains consciousness, he finds Ishaani sitting beside him. He weakly smiles and says, “I knew you wouldn’t leave me.” Ishaani replies softly, “You scared me. You shouldn’t have come if you weren’t feeling well.” He says he couldn’t miss seeing her, even if it meant taking that risk. Their eyes meet, and silence fills the room.

Pihu watches from the door, heartbroken and furious. She storms out, calling Neetu to complain that Ishaani is trying to come between her and Anurag. Neetu advises her to stay calm and use the situation to her advantage instead of acting impulsively.

Meanwhile, Shashwat brings soup for Ishaani and asks her to eat something. He tells her that no one can deny how much she cares for Anurag. Ishaani looks down and says some bonds never fade, no matter how hard one tries. Shashwat feels a pang of insecurity hearing that.

Later that night, Ishaani checks on Anurag again. He asks her if she’s happy with her life. She avoids the question, saying it’s late and he should rest. Before she leaves, Anurag holds her hand and says, “Don’t go away again.” She doesn’t respond but her eyes fill with tears.

Outside, Pihu overhears everything. She vows to make Ishaani regret ever coming close to Anurag again.
