Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile 28th March 2025 Written Episode begins with Raghav trying to help Reet by tying her dress dori. Reet teases him, saying that boys can’t do it properly. Annoyed, Raghav cuts the dori with scissors, leaving Reet shocked. He tells her that she’s Mrs. Suryavanshi now and one ruined dress isn’t the end of the world. He walks away, and Reet softly repeats “Mrs. Suryavanshi,” smiling to herself.

Elsewhere, Sharda is furious that Reet is trying to uncover the truth about Neeta. She finds the bill related to Neeta’s locket and quickly crumples it. She replaces it with a fake one under a different name, vowing that she will never let Reet discover that Neeta is Raghav’s mother—not until Neeta dies.

At the hospital, Dhruv questions Reet about why she arrived late. Reet replies that the situation didn’t favour her. Dhruv is about to tell Reet that he met Neeta earlier and that she gifted a locket to Unnati, but a nurse interrupts their conversation. They both head to Neeta’s room to meet her.

Back home, Unnati comes to meet Raghav but is stopped by Sharda, who questions why she’s there. Unnati says she learned about Neeta’s poor health and came to talk to Raghav about it. Sharda discourages her, saying that Raghav despises Neeta and it’s pointless to discuss her. Unnati agrees. However, Sharda notices the locket around Unnati’s neck—the same one linked to Neeta. Sharda offers Unnati several modern lockets in exchange, attempting to take it away. At that moment, Raghav calls for Unnati. In a hurry to meet him, Unnati accidentally bumps into a vase, injuring her foot. Sharda uses the distraction to snatch the locket before Raghav can see it and realize its connection to Neeta. Raghav takes Unnati to the hospital for treatment, unaware of Sharda’s manipulation. Sharda smirks, thinking she will never allow Raghav and Neeta to reunite.

At the hospital, the doctor tells Reet and Dhruv that Neeta’s condition is deteriorating and they must find a bone marrow donor quickly. Around the same time, Raghav arrives with Unnati for her treatment. While walking through the corridor, he spots Neeta lying unconscious in another room. Overcome with anger, Raghav approaches her and bitterly tells her that she is paying for the pain she caused in their childhood. He says he hates the word “mother” and despises relationships because of her.

He goes on to say that although he gave Unnati all the love in the world, he could never erase the bitterness Neeta left in her heart. He blames Neeta for turning Unnati into someone who hurts others just to feel loved.

A little later, Reet and Dhruv arrive at Neeta’s room. Seeing Neeta’s frail condition, Reet expresses disbelief at how a son can stay so far away from his mother. Raghav, standing silently nearby, thinks to himself that maybe the fault lies in the mother. Suddenly, Neeta suffers a medical emergency. Dhruv rushes to call the doctor.

Meanwhile, Viren walks into Sharda’s room and finds her performing a ritual as if for Neeta’s last rites. He is shocked and reminds Sharda that Neeta is still alive. Sharda coldly replies that she is just ensuring Neeta’s death spiritually before it happens physically. Viren points out that Neeta won’t survive without Raghav’s bone marrow donation. Sharda reminds him that Unnati could also be a possible donor. When Viren asks if Unnati knows the truth, Sharda reveals that Unnati only knows Neeta is sick—not that she has blood cancer. Viren warns that by the time Unnati learns the truth, Neeta will already be gone.

Back at the hospital, the doctor checks Neeta and informs Reet that her condition is critical. When Reet anxiously asks how long Neeta has, the doctor replies that she has no more than a day left unless her son donates bone marrow. Raghav overhears this from outside the room, his expression filled with conflict.

Meanwhile, Unnati walks through the hospital corridor and sees Neeta being taken on a stretcher. She overhears a nurse mentioning that Neeta has blood cancer. Shocked, Unnati breaks down in tears.

Reet and Dhruv find her crying and ask what happened. Unnati tells them that Neeta has blood cancer. When Reet and Dhruv ask why she is so emotional since she dislikes Neeta, Unnati tries to explain her connection but stops when Raghav arrives. He immediately takes Unnati away before she can reveal anything.

In the car, Unnati asks Raghav why he didn’t tell her that Neeta’s condition was so serious. Raghav coldly says Neeta is not their mother and refuses to discuss her further.

Back at the hospital, Reet prays to God for Neeta’s recovery. She pleads with divine power to send Neeta’s son soon so that she can be saved. Meanwhile, Raghav is shown stuck in heavy traffic, unaware that time is running out for his mother.
