Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile 31st March 2025 Written Update begins with Reet asking Raghav if he has forgotten that Neeta is his mother. Raghav becomes upset and says he does not want to discuss it anymore. Unnati tries to calm him.

Sharda tells Viren that Unnati believes Neeta would want Raghav and Unnati back in her life after everything Raghav has done for her. Viren says that if Neeta regains her past, it will cause problems because everyone will learn that Sharda once tried to kill Neeta. Sharda asks him to stop frightening her.

Reet questions whether Raghav ever considered what Unnati wants. Later, Raghav asks Unnati if she wants to meet Neeta. Unnati says yes, so Raghav takes her to the hospital. Reet believes today will bring Raghav, Neeta and Unnati together.

Sharda sees them leaving and decides that she will not allow Neeta and Raghav to reunite, even if she has to fight against destiny.

Reet arrives at the hospital with Raghav and Unnati. Raghav says that Neeta must take the next step herself. Reet agrees and says she will go and tell Neeta the truth.

Reet tells Neeta her son has come to meet her. Neeta comes out, emotional, and hugs Raghav. Sharda watches this and thinks that mother and son have reunited. Neeta expresses how much she missed her son, but soon realises the person she hugged is Raghav, not Rohit. She questions Reet, insisting she has only one son, Rohit. Neeta dismisses the idea that Raghav is her son. Unnati feels hurt and leaves. Raghav follows her.

Neeta mentions she thought Rohit had come because he donated bone marrow to her. Reet tries to tell her it was Raghav, not Rohit, but Sharda quickly intervenes and sends Neeta away. A nurse signals Sharda, and Sharda takes Reet aside.

Sharda scolds Reet for hurting Raghav by bringing him to Neeta. She claims she has been protecting him from this pain for years. Sharda accuses Reet of wanting to take a place in Raghav’s heart. Reet denies it. Sharda demands a promise that Reet will not meet Neeta again. Reet agrees.

Later, Neeta asks the nurse when Rohit will visit. The nurse lies and says Rohit donated the bone marrow and left due to an urgent meeting. A flashback shows Sharda bribing the nurse with a diamond ring to support her lie.

Pratap asks Raghav what happened. Sharda answers, saying Neeta denied being Raghav and Unnati’s mother. She blames Reet again. Raghav defends Reet and says the fault lies in his blood. Overcome with pain, he says he will remove the blood from his body so it no longer calls for his mother. He cuts his wrist.

Sharda, Reet and Pratap stop him. Reet tries to bandage him, but he resists. She pushes him onto the bed and bandages the wound, reminding him he cannot end his life because of one relationship and that he has many others who care about him.
