Jagriti 12th December 2024 Written Update: The episode begins with the teacher instructing the class to copy the poem “Wake Up” and warns them to be ready with their homework books after the lunch break, or else face punishment. Jaggu, seated outside the classroom, diligently notes it down. As students exit, Sapna and Suraj mock her. Akash praises her neat writing and asks how she managed it. Jaggu reminds him of her strong memory and copying skills.

Curious, Jaggu asks about the book the teacher referred to. Akash explains it’s the homework book but assures her she won’t be questioned as it’s her first day. He then realizes he forgot his homework book at home despite completing it. Jaggu insists on retrieving it from the haveli and dashes off, despite Akash warning her about the short lunch break.

Meanwhile, Kalikant questions Harish’s slow pace in fulfilling a shady order meant to fund election ambitions. Harish warns that if his political dream fails, Kalikant’s dream of educating his daughter—Jaggu—will collapse too. He assures Kalikant that the order will be completed but pleads that Jaggu must never find out that her education is funded by this hunting job. Unbeknownst to them, Jaggu overhears this and is devastated by Harish’s lie. When Kalikant questions her sudden appearance, Ganga intervenes and asks the guard to hand the book to Akash, but Jaggu takes it and rushes back to school.

At school, the teacher demands Akash’s homework book. He admits he left it at home. As the teacher prepares to punish him, Jaggu rushes in and places the homework book in Akash’s hand just in time. The teacher scolds her for the disruption and sends her out of class. Jaggu, haunted by what she learned at the haveli, feels dirty in the school uniform purchased with hunting money.

As Jaggu runs, Suraj and his group block her path and splash ink on her uniform. Akash demands to know why they humiliated her. Jaggu, instead of getting angry, thanks Suraj, stating that the ink has covered the bloodstain. Suraj is stunned by her words. She explains that while they intended to shame her, they actually liberated her. Sapna calls her crazy.
