Jagriti 20th February 2025 Written Episode Update begins with Suraj offering money to Ishani, praising her for completing her task. Unbeknownst to them, Jagriti is secretly recording their conversation. Suddenly, she gets startled by a rat and quickly hides before they can see her. After Suraj and Ishani leave, Jagriti decides to use the video to free Akash from jail. However, Suraj catches her, seizes her phone, and demands the password to delete the recording. When Jagriti refuses, he smashes her phone and mockingly promises to buy her a new one. Left helpless, Jagriti wonders how she will now prove Akash’s innocence.

At the mansion, Kalindi notices Kalikant’s worry. He admits the molestation case against Akash is serious. After Kalindi’s insistence, he agrees to speak with Suraj. Kalikant calls Suraj home, and Suraj obeys. Meanwhile, Jagriti pleads with Ishani to withdraw her complaint, but Ishani mocks her and refuses.

At home, Kalikant confronts Suraj directly, asking if he framed Akash. Suraj shamelessly admits it, expecting praise. Instead, Kalikant urges him to persuade Ishani to drop the charges, as the scandal is damaging the family’s reputation. Suraj agrees but demands that Kalikant sign papers making him the heir of the family wealth. A flashback shows Jagriti blackmailing Ishani, threatening to falsely accuse Ishani’s boyfriend Yuvraj of molestation if she did not withdraw the case. Terrified for Yuvraj, Ishani agreed. Suraj becomes furious when he learns that Jagriti tricked Ishani.

Soon after, Akash is released from jail and welcomed by Sapna. Ishani apologizes to him and admits that Jagriti was the one who convinced her to withdraw the case. She even tells Akash that breaking up with Jagriti was his biggest mistake. Later, Akash meets Jagriti, astonished by her sacrifice despite all he had done to hurt her. He asks if she still loves him. Jagriti admits that she does but insists it is her burden, not his, before walking away.

Meanwhile, Kalikant confides in Kalindi about a priest’s advice. The priest suggested that both Suraj and Akash must marry within the month to prevent a Chitta girl from entering their family as a daughter-in-law. Kalindi reassures him that Sapna is already by Akash’s side, and Suraj, being the eldest son, will surely receive respectable marriage proposals. Suraj too agrees with the plan.
