Jagriti 26th February 2025 Written Episode begins with Kalikant proudly announcing that both his sons are about to begin new chapters in their lives. As he looks at Suraj’s hand, his expression changes when he notices the ring that he had originally chosen for Jagriti. He wonders how it ended up on Suraj’s finger.

Meanwhile, Sapna happily slides the ring onto her finger, admiring its beauty and thanking Suraj for his choice. Kalikant then instructs his younger son Akash to place the ring on Jagriti’s finger, and Akash complies. The guests applaud both couples. Sapna then places the ring on Suraj’s hand, while Jagriti does the same for Akash. Kalikant blesses his sons and their soon-to-be brides, while the family and guests shower them with good wishes.

Away from the festivities, Bhairav stands in a corner staring at Malati’s photo, haunted by painful memories of the past. A flashback reveals the truth behind his anguish. Years ago, Kalikant murdered Malati when she tried to expose his crimes. Malati had collected evidence proving that Kalikant was exploiting the Chitta people for his illegal operations and using them as scapegoats. She presented the documents to the police and demanded his arrest. But before justice could be served, Kalikant appeared, dragged her away, and shot her in cold blood.

Bhairav’s eyes fill with regret as he recalls that if he had reached a few minutes earlier, he could have saved her. Another flashback shows Malati regaining consciousness briefly before dying, telling Bhairav that Kalikant shot her for helping the Chitta people. Bhairav swore revenge that day, but for two years, every attempt to bring Kalikant to justice failed, as the corrupt system protected him. Just when he was losing hope, fate gave him another chance—through Jagriti.

While traveling one day, Bhairav came across an unconscious girl lying on the roadside. Locals told him she had been found floating in the water. When he took her to the hospital, he discovered that she was a Chitta and that her parents had been killed by none other than Kalikant. Bhairav then vowed to raise her as Jagriti Bahl and one day make her the voice of justice for all the Chitta people.

Returning to the present, Kalikant gathers his family and announces that Bhairav has set three specific conditions for Jagriti’s wedding. The first is that there will be no sacred fire (havan) during the ceremony because Jagriti is afraid of flames. The second is that she will not be required to enter the kitchen after marriage. And the third condition is that no one, including Jagriti, should wear a red saree during the ceremony, as the color terrifies her.

Sapna initially objects to these strange demands, but Kalikant convinces her to accept them, assuring that Bhairav must have his reasons. He then instructs Suraj to take the shagun (wedding gifts) to Jagriti’s house the next day, and Suraj agrees.

Later, Jagriti and Rohan spend time looking through old photographs. Jagriti notices that there are no pictures of her from before the age of nine and begins to wonder why. Meanwhile, Bhairav looks at an old photo of a young Jagriti and decides it’s time to reveal her true identity as a Chitta to Kalikant. Just as he prepares to leave, someone knocks on the door. In the commotion, the photo slips out of his hand and flies out of the window, setting up another twist.

The next day, Suraj arrives at Jagriti’s house with the shagun. Jagriti is surprised to see him and asks why he came. Suraj politely explains that he has come to deliver the gifts and also to apologize for his past behavior. Jagriti accepts his apology graciously.

Later, while admiring her engagement ring, Jagriti praises Akash’s taste, calling the ring beautiful and elegant. Suraj then reveals an unexpected truth—he had originally chosen that ring for Sapna. Shocked, Jagriti asks how she ended up with it. Suraj explains that Sapna switched the rings because she preferred the solitaire diamond. Suman overhears their conversation and laughs, teasing them to be careful. She jokes that if Sapna could swap the ring, she might even swap the brides someday, leading to Jagriti marrying Suraj instead.

Both Suraj and Jagriti laugh off the joke, insisting that such a mix-up could never happen. But their laughter fades into an uneasy silence, hinting that destiny might have something else planned for them.
