The episode begins with Vicky attacking Neel, but Neel defends himself and pushes him away. Kanchan intervenes, asking Neel to leave. Parameshwari defends Neel, insisting he is a good man and urges Kanchan to let go of her stubbornness. Kanchan accuses her of trying to marry Riddhi to a “poor” man and says Neel doesn’t have the stature to be with them. Neel retorts that love values the heart, not wealth.
Kanchan forcefully takes Riddhi’s hand to leave, but Riddhi resists and openly confesses her love for Neel. Shocked, Kanchan questions how Riddhi could love someone she previously despised. Neel explains that their love had started earlier, but realization came now. Riddhi recalls falling for Neel when he saved her during a protest, while Neel shares that it was love at first sight.
Riddhi reminds Kanchan that Neel stood up to Lokit for her—something no one ever did. Neel expresses how special Riddhi is to him, and that her act of saving his life only deepened his love. Riddhi reveals it was Neel who got Parameshwari admitted to the hospital, a fact they had kept hidden. Still, Kanchan refuses to believe in their love, dismissing their emotions as manipulative.
Neel falls to her feet, pleading for her approval. Kanchan, exasperated, accuses him of using Riddhi for revenge and nearly confesses to burning down his house. She deflects, instead claiming he holds a grudge because she insulted his parents. Neel insists he has let go of the past and reminds her they are now one family.
Kanchan reminds Neel of the luxurious life Riddhi is used to. Neel vows to rebuild his burnt house and promises to keep Riddhi happy. Gangadhar voices his concerns to Sumati, but she believes Neel will handle everything.
Kanchan eventually agrees to the marriage but sets one condition: Neel must become a ghar jamai (live-in son-in-law). Parameshwari opposes the condition, calling it unjust, and Riddhi also objects. But Neel agrees without hesitation, stating he’ll do anything for Riddhi—even if Riddhi begins to question whether his motives are financially driven.
As the wedding arrangements progress, Parameshwari instructs Mr. Shinde to bring the documents, only for Vicky to reveal that Kanchan destroyed them to stop the marriage. Parameshwari remains resolute, declaring that the wedding will happen today at any cost.
