The episode opens with Jhanak and Aditya speaking to the doctors about Anirudh’s recovery. Jhanak insists she wants to take care of him personally. The doctor agrees she can follow the nurse’s instructions, and Aditya suggests she stay instead of a nurse for the patient’s sake. The doctor allows it, provided she wears clothing similar to a nurse’s uniform.

Meanwhile, Arshi, Vinayak, and Shrishti return home. Vinayak criticises Arshi for leaving Anirudh and reminds her that Choton was the one who brought him to the hospital. He urges her not to go to Dubai, but Shrishti defends Arshi’s decision. Once Vinayak leaves, Shrishti advises Arshi not to let Jhanak win and mentions calling Tejas. She hints that Tejas, now more powerful, will settle his old scores with Jhanak.

Kajal visits Anuradha, who informs her about Anirudh’s heart attack. Lalon and Appu arrive, with Appu tearfully vowing to unite Jhanak and Anirudh. Shrishti contacts Tejas, telling him Jhanak is in Kolkata with superstar Aditya Kapoor while still hovering around Anirudh. She persuades him to come and “finish the matter” once and for all. Tejas agrees, determined to take revenge.

Back at the hospital, the doctor questions Jhanak about her relationship with Anirudh. She admits they married in a temple but annulled it, though she still considers him her husband. Aditya supports her decision to stay until he recovers. The doctor permits her to be with him but forbids wearing a nurse’s uniform to avoid controversy.

At home, Appu insists Kajal eat, causing Kajal to worry when Appu joins her hand with Lalon’s. Meanwhile, Shrishti assures Arshi that Tejas will act while she is away in Dubai.

Later, Rumi and Mimi attempt to visit Anirudh but are turned away by hospital staff. In the ICU, Anirudh refuses his medicine unless Jhanak is called. Bipasha tries to contact Arshi, but Anirudh makes it clear he only wants Jhanak to care for him. The doctor warns his family not to make his job harder.

A nurse informs Jhanak that Anirudh is refusing treatment and risks another heart attack. Aditya urges her to go in disguise, but Jhanak asks the nurse to manage briefly while she prepares.
