Episode begins with Aditya informing Anirudh about Jhanak’s deteriorating health. He reveals that Jhanak has a large tumour in her stomach and clarifies that she is not pregnant. Aditya asserts that his duty was only to convey the message, ending the conversation abruptly.

When Anirudh shares the news with Arshi, she questions why Aditya contacted him. Upon learning of his intent to travel to Mumbai, she gives him an ultimatum: if he leaves, their relationship will end. Despite her warnings, Anirudh remains determined, prompting Arshi to lash out emotionally.

Distressed, Arshi contacts Shrishti, who vents her frustration, asking when Jhanak will finally leave their lives. Arshi explains Anirudh left his phone behind and is firm about putting an end to this tug-of-war, asking him to choose once and for all—her or Jhanak.

Meanwhile, Shrishti tries to dismiss Vinayak’s concerns. He believes it’s more important to save Jhanak’s life than speculate about her past. When Vinayak tries to reach Anirudh, Arshi intercepts and expresses her frustration about the situation. Shrishti attempts to control the situation but secretly instructs Guru ji to find Jhanak’s hospital location.

Worried, Vinayak feels compelled to intervene and save Jhanak from further harm.

By morning, Aditya prepares Jhanak for the operation and tries to uplift her spirits. He tells her about his conversation with Anirudh, but Jhanak refuses to hope for his presence. She expresses regret over her misplaced trust in Anirudh, declaring everything between them is over.

Meanwhile, in a lighter moment, Lalon gets ready for work and credits Appu for his good fortune. Appu expresses sadness over his departure, while Anuradha lovingly serves food to both. Their family bond lightens the tense episode.

Back at the hospital, Jhanak shares an emotional moment with Aditya. She acknowledges her bleak prognosis and thanks him for being there. Aditya surprises her with a bouquet and reassures her of a healthy future.
