Jhanak 19th December 2025 Written Update begins with Aditi confronting Rishi and asking whether it even matters to him if she stays in his house, as long as Jhanak remains there. Rishi firmly replies that he cannot tolerate her constant threats anymore and tells her that if she wishes, she is free to go and stay at her father’s house. Aditi questions why Jhanak should stay in her in-laws’ house and why she should remain silent when Jhanak insults her parents. Sanjhbati intervenes and says Jhanak is not the kind of girl who disrespects anyone without reason. The nurse then asks everyone to keep quiet.

Jhanak introduces Dritimaan and Sanjhbati to Parashar, telling him that they treat her well. Parashar warns her not to trust city people. Jhanak replies that only a few people truly know how to love. Parashar asks her to return to the village with him. Sanjhbati explains that Jhanak will not be able to continue her studies if she goes back. Parashar says his priority is Jhanak’s safety and life. Aniruddh comments that Jhanak is Parashar’s daughter, which is why he cares so much.

Parashar clarifies that Jhanak is his daughter even though he is not her biological father. He accuses Aniruddh of failing in his responsibility as a father. He says Nutan never begged Aniruddh for anything and that they gave Jhanak a good upbringing, teaching her to fight for her rights. He declares that Aniruddh will be exposed before the world.

Jhanak tells Parashar that Aniruddh forced her to react by insulting Nutan. Aniruddh asks if she thinks he is afraid of her. Jhanak confidently says she will reveal the truth to everyone. Arshi blames Aniruddh for bringing Nutan from Kashmir and adds that Rishi is now behaving like him. Rishi snaps back and asks her not to compare him with Aniruddh. He accuses Aniruddh of ruining Nutan’s life and now trying to destroy Jhanak’s life as well. Aniruddh questions Rishi about his intention to marry Jhanak. Rishi asks why Aniruddh is interfering in his relationship with Jhanak.

Aditi demands to know what Rishi wants. Rishi says he only wants Aniruddh to respect Jhanak and warns him not to insult her again. Dritimaan questions why Aniruddh is complicating everything. Sanjhbati says Aniruddh and Arshi have never treated Jhanak well. Aniruddh argues that Jhanak is trying to ruin Aditi’s life and claims she wants his wealth, which only Aditi has rights to. Dhamu calls Aniruddh greedy.

Parashar reminds Aniruddh of his marriage with Nutan and says he spent a night with her in Simulboni. Jhanak declares she will fight for her rights. Arshi sarcastically encourages her and taunts that Jhanak can separate Rishi from Aditi, just like her mother did. Rishi supports Jhanak and tells her to fight without fear, assuring her of his support. Aditi asks Rishi if he is leaving her for Jhanak. Rishi denies it and says everyone deserves to know the truth. He requests Parashar not to take Jhanak away and promises to protect her.

Elsewhere, Dadabhai asks the police inspector to investigate the fire accident thoroughly. Putul suspects someone deliberately tried to kill Jhanak. Neelu dismisses it, calling Jhanak a maid and accusing the family of overthinking. Abhimanyu wonders who would benefit from killing Jhanak. The inspector asks about the catering service, and Dadabhai reveals that Aniruddh hired the caterers. The inspector expresses a desire to question Jhanak and also the Chatterjee family. He asks why Jhanak was staying there, and Abhimanyu replies they only gave her shelter.

Dadabhai shares all details with the inspector. Neelu reminds him that Aditi is the daughter-in-law of the house. The inspector appreciates Dadabhai’s honesty and notes that there appears to be a motive behind the attempt on Jhanak’s life. Abhimanyu questions why Dadabhai does not care about Rishi and Aditi’s relationship. Dadabhai responds that Aditi is not responsible for Aniruddh’s mistakes.

Later, Neelu informs Aniruddh about the police investigation and mentions that the catering service is under scrutiny. Aniruddh confidently says the caterers will not reveal anything. Neelu warns him that he has become the prime suspect. Aniruddh replies that the law needs proof, not stories, and assures her he knows what to do. He then informs Arshi about everything.

Meanwhile, Aditi accuses Rishi of shamelessly supporting Jhanak while never standing by his wife. She threatens not to spare either of them and blames him for going against Aniruddh. Rishi says he understands her emotions and insists this is not a fight between them but between Jhanak and Aniruddh. He questions why Aniruddh tries to buy everything with money. Aditi angrily tells him to keep quiet and claims she brought Jhanak home only to maintain peace. Rishi says he always knew her intentions.

Aditi asks if she was foolish to love and care for Jhanak and accuses Rishi and Jhanak of lying to her. Rishi tells her not to stoop low and says she is not thinking objectively. He repeats that Aniruddh wronged Jhanak. Aditi defends Aniruddh and demands that Rishi throw Jhanak out of the house. Rishi firmly refuses. Aditi declares she will throw Jhanak out herself since she brought her home. Rishi makes it clear that Jhanak will not go anywhere.
