In the episode, Jhanak says she would like to stay in her city with all of her friends since I have been loved so much by them all. Bablu says everyone knows you have been through many storms here. She says I’m going now and no one will catch my fault now, I’m very happy for Anirudh today, I’m going to make Kashmiri unique dishes today, take the money. He agrees.
Choton and Anirudh are always by my side. I am deeply grateful to you both, especially Anirudh, for keeping me alive in the face of Tejas’ attempts to ruin me. I will never forget your support. Anjana believes in you and your future success, and I want to witness that day as well. Jhanak desires a simple life with no grand ambitions; she focuses on the little things. With that said, Bablu and Choton leave, while Jhanak prepares the food using earthen pots and pre-ground spices.
In her opinion, everyone thinks I support you because of Appu. I’ll miss you a lot, Anjana says. I’m dancing in Appu’s wedding, don’t get upset with her, I’ll call you from there. She goes to do her work. Bablu gets the items and asks Jhanak to check them. Jhanak checks them. She says I’m going to get coriander. She goes out and asks the vendor for it. The vendor says it’s not there.
Jhanak accidentally bumps into a girl who then offers to sell her something. The girl proudly declares herself as a farmer, to which Jhanak responds by saying that she is making a special dish today. The kind girl, named Vaijanti, gives her some advice and Jhanak expresses her gratitude. After making all the preparations, Dadi leads everyone in the puja. She asks Mimi to call Anirudh and mentions that he will receive the Prasad first. Arshi and her parents arrive, with Shubh and Tanuja welcoming them. Shubh informs them that Anirudh is busy with work again today. Shrishti adds that they have brought a cake and asks for it to be placed in the fridge.
The two go to Anirudh. Lal tells Bipasha not to do any work today because everyone is waiting. Bipasha asks Arshi to make Anirudh ready and get him downstairs. Lal says to hurry. They go. Arshi hugs him and wishes him a happy birthday. She sings him a birthday song and says I love you, Ani. Appu asks Jhanak what she is cooking. Jhanak says she will give you some food to taste. Dadi performs his aarti. Everyone wishes him a happy birthday.
Appu likes the food. She says Anirudh has come, we will go and wish. Jhanak says no, I am fine here. Lal asks him to sit. Anirudh says I’ll take blessings first. Lal says you have to eat food as well. Dadu compliments Anirudh and gives him an envelope. Arshi says we’ll play a secret game, we’ll take pictures.
On Anirudh’s birthday, he receives blessings and well wishes from everyone. Dadi playfully brings up his future bride and Anirudh graciously thanks her. The room is filled with smiles as Anirudh’s eyes catch Jhanak’s gaze. Shrishti inquires about the food and Anjana confirms that it is ready. As a thoughtful gesture, Shrishti had already checked with Jhanak beforehand. However, Anjana proudly states that she personally prepared the meal. In the midst of the celebrations, Dadi presents a gift to Anirudh but Anjana also mentions that they have a gift to give him together. Bablu chimes in that they will go together to give the gift. Finally, Tanuja shares her concern that they can’t just give him t-shirts from his favorite brands but Bablu reassures her that they have thought of something special for him.
When Anirudh sees the t-shirt at home, he says, “I love it, thank you.” He asks Anjana not to cry. He asks for their blessings. Vinayak says he’s right. Shrishti stops him. Anirudh says we make our identity with confidence, not brands. Rumi has decorated the place so beautifully and lit the diya, so we should have food. Shubh blesses Arshi and Anirudh.
