The Episode begins with Anjana and Anirudh offering Bablu some tea. However, he declines, stating that he is in a rush and will have it later. Anirudh then brings up the topic of Appu’s marriage and how she is his older sister. But Bablu reassures him that he doesn’t need to worry about anything. Despite this, Anirudh insists on helping and quickly checks the door, only to find Jhanak standing there. He questions her presence and asks if she has forgotten something. Without hesitation, she replies that she has left many things behind.
Shubh is taken aback and questions how someone could have the audacity to come here. Bablu then turns to Jhanak and asks if she is doing alright. In response, she assures him that she is fine. Curious, Tanuja inquires whether someone invited Jhanak to come. Anjana quickly interjects and clarifies that they did not extend an invitation. Arshi then addresses Jhanak, questioning her sudden appearance given their recent meet-up two days ago. Jhanak explains that she has a pressing matter to discuss. However, Anirudh clarifies that he has no interest in conversing with her and reminds her that she shouldn’t always expect a warm reception when coming here.
Choton spots Jhanak and invites her inside. He commends her performance on the show, congratulating her. As our guest, please don’t make her wait at the door. However, this statement is met with disapproval from Lal and Bipasha, who scolded him. Shubh then declares that Jhanak will not stay here and asks him to leave.
Arshi declares her stubbornness, indicating that she must contact our mother immediately. She expresses disbelief at Jhanak’s audacity to attend our sasural without first seeking permission. Arshi questions Jhanak about not being aware of the matter beforehand. Bipasha points out that Ani is uninterested in talking to her and asks her why she has returned to this house if she wasn’t satisfied with one man previously. Consequently, Bipasha instructs her to leave.
“Jhanak, why are you allowing this constant disrespect? Just speak up,” Anjana demands. “I came all this way just to tell you,” Jhanak replies. “You can tell us here,” Anirudh interjects. Arshi jumps in with, “He’s my husband. You have no right to speak to him privately.” Jhanak challenges, “What ridiculous rule have you come up with now?” To which Arshi retorts, “How dare you!” Finally, Shubh asks, “Do we need to remove you from our presence?”
Bablu urges Jhanak to speak up in front of everyone, expressing her gratitude for arriving before Appu’s wedding. Jhanak relays the same message to Anjana, who had hoped for her to be a part of the festivities and offer support as a relative. Shubh interjects, questioning whether the decision should be left up to Jhanak. Bablu reminds Arshi that this is also their home, and they have every right to extend hospitality to their guests. Arshi agrees but suggests that if Jhanak stays, she will return to her maternal home.
Anirudh mocks Jhanak for Aditya’s actions. She insists on speaking with him, explaining the importance of what she has to say. However, he refuses to engage with her. Lal also teases Bablu about Jhanak, but Bablu shuts him down by reminding him how well Jhanak has taken care of Appu. Nonetheless, Jhanak persists in sharing her message, knowing its significance. Choton urges her to speak quickly as they will not allow her to stay there any longer, and he offers to book a hotel room for her instead.
Anirudh urges Jhanak to come clean. She admits that she’s pregnant with his child and apologizes for any potential hurt feelings. Anirudh is taken aback, as are Arshi and everyone else present. Through tears, Jhanak sticks to her statement. Anirudh refuses to believe her, calling her out for lying in a display of disgust. A heated argument ensues between them.
She’s saying you can’t shirk your responsibility. Shubh had warned you, Anirudh, that this girl would reveal her true intentions. Don’t worry, and I will handle sending her away. Jhanak is adamant about not suppressing the truth. Anirudh confidently tells Jhanak to leave, accusing her of lying and scheming against him. Choton interjects that Jhanak wouldn’t speak out if it weren’t true. Bablu questions why she would come to make false accusations. Anirudh asks if they doubt his innocence. Anjana reminds him that if this did happen, he must take responsibility for it. Choton defends Jhanak’s credibility, knowing her well enough to trust that she wouldn’t lie. Anirudh denies the allegations and claims he is being framed by someone wanting to ruin him.

Anirudh and Arshi are in a disagreement when Shrishti interrupts with some news that Jhanak is expecting. Anjana then poses a question, asking if Jhanak will be raising the baby on her own. In response, Jhanak shares her desire for the child to have its father’s name and mentions the possibility of a DNA test.
