Jhanak 2nd December 2025 Written Update begins with Aditi subtly playing with Jhanak’s emotions. As she helps Rishi get ready for Jethu’s haldi ceremony, she intentionally makes Jhanak feel insecure and jealous. She sweetly asks Jhanak to wear a yellow saree, as if including her, yet the tone is sharp enough to sting. Rishi’s mother later asks Jhanak why people in the family do not seem to like her.

Preparations for Jethu’s haldi ceremony fill the house with excitement. By evening the entire family gathers to celebrate the haldi of Jethu and his wife in a grand and festive atmosphere.

Misti assigns duties to Jhanak and tells her to look after her friends. Confused and uncomfortable, Jhanak asks her what exactly they need since they clearly do not like her. Misti tells her that she now belongs to this home and will eventually learn how everyone is.

Elsewhere, Rishi’s mother again questions why people behave coldly towards Jhanak. Aditi’s mother laughs softly, and Aditi quickly steps in to smooth the situation by saying that Jhanak is new and still learning how things work in their family.

The celebration picks up as Rishi, his father and his brother dance together. His father soon gets tired but continues enjoying the moment. The girls jokingly challenge the men, saying they will dance even better.

Aditi pushes Jhanak forward to perform since she has learnt the art form. Jhanak dances beautifully, capturing everyone’s attention. Rishi, mesmerised, quietly takes out his phone to record her. When Aditi notices him, he quickly hides the phone, pretending he was not filming her.

Meanwhile, at Kanka’s house, the police arrive looking for Parasar. Kanka nervously tells them he is her relative and unwell. Parasar pretends to be sick until the police leave. Later, two of his men visit him, and Kanka jokingly says he is resting. Parasar says someone tipped off the police about his location. Kanka expresses her love for him, saying she was and always will be his.

Back at the haldi event, after Jhanak’s graceful performance, Aditi praises her in front of everyone. But the moment the attention fades, she humiliates her by asking her to take the household garbage outside. Jhanak understands the intention behind the request yet quietly does as she is told.

When she steps outside, a man approaches and asks for her name. She replies politely that her name is Jhanak. The man then asks whether the Chatterjee family lives in the house. Innocent yet sharp, Jhanak warns him that she knows people like him come with gangs to loot houses. She firmly tells him that this is SP Sir’s home and warns him not to cause trouble.
