The episode begins with Arshi holding onto Anirudh tightly, adamant that she won’t let Jhanak win and determined to continue their marriage. She insists on accompanying Anirudh abroad and begins preparing for their departure. As they pack, Anirudh suddenly clutches his chest in pain. Arshi accuses him of pretending, but he masks his pain, brushing it off and insisting he’s okay.

Elsewhere, Aditya meets Jhanak and advises her to refocus on her work. Jhanak apologizes for her recent emotional instability and admits she’s still struggling to move on from Anirudh. Meanwhile, Anjana playfully teases Choton about marriage. Mrinalini responds by setting a condition—she’ll marry him only after he completes his graduation. Both Dadi and Anjana agree, supporting Mrinalini’s approach to help Choton mature.

In another subplot, the Commissioner urges Lalon and the family to take legal steps to reclaim their ancestral property. Initially hesitant, Anuradha and Lalon eventually agree. Even Appu stands her ground, demanding justice for Shubh’s abuse. The Commissioner gets ready to issue a legal notice.

Meanwhile, Anirudh, Arshi, Shrishti, and Choton head toward the airport. During the ride, Shrishti offers advice while Arshi keeps criticizing Anirudh for being emotionally stuck on Jhanak. However, Anirudh’s health continues to worsen—he sweats profusely and struggles to breathe, though Arshi dismisses it as anxiety.

Sensing real danger, Choton makes them stop at a roadside dhaba. Despite Arshi’s complaints about missing the flight, Choton insists Anirudh’s health takes priority. When Anirudh suddenly collapses, gripping his chest in agony, Choton calls for immediate medical help. Arshi remains skeptical, but Anirudh, gasping for air, pleads that he’s in real pain.

As he finally faints, panic spreads. Choton refuses to let him travel in this condition. Despite accusations from Arshi and Shrishti that he’s exaggerating, Choton stands firm—this is serious. Arshi stubbornly wants to continue with their plan, but Choton warns her it could cost Anirudh his life. When Anirudh completely blacks out, fear and chaos erupt.
