Arshi asks Anirudh about the ring at the beginning of the episode. Bipasha doesn’t notice the ring, so Anirudh lies and says, “I liked it when I purchased a ring for Arshi. You didn’t show us what you bought for him,” Bipasha says. Arshi says, “I think I’ve seen this ring.” Bipasha says yes, but I’m not sure. He says it’s a surprise.
Jhanak gave me the same ring. Then he says, “Oh, really, but I didn’t see it.” Arshi asks if you’re sure you bought it yourself. Anirudh decides not to mention Jhanak; the gift is meaningful to him. Jhanak is sad. He asks Arshi what he is thinking. Tanuja says yes, you can buy it, but never purchase it. Anirudh lies to them about it.
Tanuja and Shubh urge Anirudh to respond to Arshi. He explains that Jhanak has already left, but Arshi continues to bombard him with questions. She inquires if he purchased the ring on his own. Anjana interjects, asking her to have faith in Anirudh. She suggests that it may be a mere coincidence that their rings are identical. However, Arshi insists she trusts Anirudh but has a valid reason for her doubts. In response, he states that he does not need to disclose every detail and that if her trust is broken, he has nothing left to say. He assures her he did nothing wrong or deceitful and doesn’t want to waste more time discussing this issue. Frustrated, Arshi demands to know the store’s name from where he bought the ring. Anirudh refuses, saying he must head to the office.
Everyone talks about Anirudh’s Ashirwad rasam. Arshi goes to the store and finds out. Bipasha asks for two sarees. Anirudh says you will make me bankrupt. Appu says they always ask you for clothes, but I didn’t ask, so get me some clothes too. Dadi says Appu will look beautiful in new clothes. Anirudh says I’ll get it for you.
It was Jhanak who dressed me up. Why did you send her so soon? Anirudh says he will get me clothes, but who will get me clothes? Anirudh would do that. Shubh scolds her. Dadi says you know what happened to Ani because of Jhanak. He was almost dying in that accident, so it was good she left the house. Shubh says don’t retake her name. Jhanak thinks of Anirudh and cries. Anjana asks Appu why he came down when she asked you to study. Tanuja jokes about Appu.
It is nice of her to sing ABCD. Lal says it is very nice; she has learned it. Anirudh defends her. Anjana asks Appu to come. Appu says no. I want to hear all their plans; I don’t want to study now. Shubh taunts Anjana about Appu. Shyam has gone to the village, so Anjana says she can’t do all the work at home by herself since no one helps her.
Tanuja inquires, “Shall I head to the kitchen now?” Anjana responds, “No, your fate is not that terrible. I can’t cater to everyone’s needs like Jhanak used to.” Arshi enters the jewelry store and asks, “Can I exchange this ring? Someone gifted it to me.” The man agrees, and she hands him the bill. He confirms, “Let me check.” After checking, he reveals, “Two rings were sold, and Jhanak Raina was the buyer.” Arshi is taken aback and ponders over Jhanak’s intentions. The man offers her an exchange, but she declines. She requests further details instead, which he provides.
Anjana says there is much work; if I fall ill, then… Bipasha says everyone just came from the office, and you started crying. She asks Anirudh to find a new maid. Appu scolds her. She hugs Anjana and says, “I promise, I won’t do anything, and you won’t be hurt. Your dad doesn’t have money, so I shouldn’t feel bad either. If there’s anything else you’ll need, she asks.
Shhubh says we don’t need it; you already said it. Lal orders food and says we will keep someone in Jhanak’s place. Anjana says I get tired doing all the work. Appu has been sad since Jhanak left, so I have to deal with her. He asks Bipasha to help Anjana. He says you should not ignore Appu for household work; others can help you or do their work on their own.
He says you know how much work you do. Bipasha asks if I shouldn’t serve the food. Tanuja says there are other things, such as Bipasha taking over the marriage shopping. Anirudh says I feel bad for Anjana. Tanuja says fine, and I will arrange a maid for tomorrow. Shubh and Anjana argue. Arshi arrives home. Arshi confronts Anirudh. She shows him the bill and statement. She says Jhanak made you wear this ring before you left.
