Kavya is asked to wear a good saree at the award ceremony by Anjali. Kavya says the award doesn’t matter. Mayank asks why did you leave Adi, answer me. Kavya says she doesn’t want to answer anyone. Anjali says Adi doesn’t deserve Kavya. He says he loves Kavya so much, he can do anything for her, and you and dad want her to marry Shubh, right? A hand raises and Anjali stops. Mayank says, “You think Kavya is doing this on her own will.” He goes.
Angali cries. Malini says you are a guest, I won’t allow you to work here. Radhika says you hurt me by calling me a guest. Malini says no. Radhika says I was joking, sit down, I’ll work, tell me the gossips. Malini says she has no gossips to share because she is a housewife. Alka says Radhika is so inspirational that her inlaws will be lucky. Anjali asks why weren’t you get ready. She hugs Kavya and says she has a great deal of courage.
Kavya expresses concern over the new commissioner’s threats, while asking Anjali to brew some tea. Giriraj mentions the arrival of our city’s latest commissioner. Alka and Radhika immediately rush to embrace Mukund, with Malini inviting him to take a seat. Giriraj then requests Radhika to convince Adi for marriage, which prompts Mukund to doubt the sincerity of such a promise. As Malini defends her intelligence, Radhika makes it clear that she will not force Adi into a relationship against his will. She urges Giriraj to apologize to Malini, which he does so begrudgingly. At this moment, Adi enters and observes the situation quietly.
Omi brings up IAS girls and suggests that Giriraj arranges a marriage between Adi and Radhika. Adi is taken aback and walks away, followed by Radhika. Malini notices Giriraj’s presence. Meanwhile, Radhika has a phone conversation while Adi watches her. Mukund expresses doubt in Giriraj’s judgment as Alka is his elder daughter-in-law and Adi has already rejected Radhika. He agrees to give Giriraj another chance for the sake of Radhika, whom he considers his life. Giriraj also expresses his desire for their marriage and promises to make it happen. Mukund challenges him to ensure Radhika’s happiness in exchange for his support in the election.
Giriraj inquires about the police case involving Adi, to which the commissioner responds by stating that he is not a subordinate but the commissioner and will take care of clearing Adi’s name and handling Kavya. Giriraj then confirms that the task is done. As Adi questions what happened, Radhika reassures him of her well-being and offers him food, which he initially refuses. However, she manages to persuade him and records a video of their banter, which he deems silly. She insists on him having food and he finally agrees. She reminds him of how he had rejected her two years ago and should make amends for it. Adi apologizes for hurting her ego, to which she playfully responds by saying that she never moved on from him and they will always be together. As he eats the spicy food, he expresses his dislike for it while she offers him cucumber as an alternative. In the midst of this interaction, Kavya receives a call from Malini.
As Malini confronts Kavya, she urges her to accept the truth in order to avoid future regret. Kavya, who is concerned about being late, reassures Malini that she will make her way there. However, with a heavy tone, Malini reminds Kavya that if Adi isn’t accepted, he risks slipping away and finding someone new. After hanging up the phone, Kavya is left pondering over her aunt’s words and questioning why Malini would say such things. Meanwhile, Radhika apologizes to Malini for unintentionally bringing Kavya into Adi’s life. Yet Malini acknowledges Radhika’s support and assures her that she never intended for her to get involved with Adi since he is their friend and needs to stand on his own two feet. In a disappointing tone, Malini shares that both Adi and Kavya are not on speaking terms with her.
Radhika encourages sharing feelings as a way to cope, and proceeds to write herself. Malini opens up to Radhika while Giriraj observes. Kavya also expresses her thoughts by writing a letter to Malini. Later, Radhika inquires Adi about the girl who broke his heart. When Adi reveals that it’s her, she immediately requests to meet her. However, Adi declines and explains that he has professional commitments as a journalist. Radhika accepts this and moves on. Meanwhile, the servant confesses through tears of accidentally getting chilli in his eyes from using an old towel which had leftover chilli powder from the previous day when he was punished for putting extra chillies in Adi’s food. Remembering how she intentionally mixed chilli powder in the towel and secretly caused destruction by breaking a photo frame, Radhika feels satisfied knowing that anyone who harms Adi will face consequences from her. She smirks at her own cleverness.
