The episode starts with Omi scolding Alka and taking her aside. Santu says to put off the fire, and we have a puja at home for Kavya. Omi says I have bad fate to have you, I will slap you now. Kavya stops Omi. She says you can’t do anything to Alka, or I won’t leave you. Omi leaves. Alka thinks I won’t say thanks since you are the reason for all this. Kavya returns with balloons and flowers. Alka wonders why you got Paan Wala Manohar’s picture.
Kavya tells Alka that he has taken on the name of Manohar and, as for myself, I have caused you trouble. We will seek retribution. Seeing Alka’s frustration, she suggests hitting balloons to release her anger. Alka smiles and takes the opportunity to vent. Reminding her that Kavya’s husband loves her, while hers does not notice her, Kavya predicts that once Alka has a child, she will flaunt it even more. However, Kavya assures her she is not offended and asks if Alka feels better now. Receiving an affirmative answer from Alka, Kavya offers to lighten the mood by presenting her with a saree she bought for her. She acknowledges that Alka may not be entirely happy about her presence but explains that they must decide how to maintain their relationship – through fights or with love. With a nod from Alka, Kavya leaves it at that.
Kavya declares that the house is now a war zone and wants to turn it back into a cozy home. Will you stand by me? Meanwhile, Santu interrupts with news that guests have arrived and Adi is looking for Kavya. She rushes off to meet them. Giriraj talks to the guests, eager to hear about Kavya’s achievements. One man even brings her flowers while another lady congratulates her on winning a gold medal. Adi, too, sings praises for Kavya, and they dance together. Shortly after, Kavya’s family arrives, and she greets them joyfully. Adi thanks his father for coming but struggles with telling him that their files were destroyed in a fire. As everyone gathers around Kavya, Mayank asks about the surprise she mentioned earlier. With a smile, Kavya promises to reveal it soon enough.
In her words, I want to present my dad with a gift today: I will reopen Navya’s file again, and I will clean up the stain on her name, which is my promise to my dad. Rajeev smiles. Kavya says it was a punishment for the Bansal family, I have witnessed my father break down every day, he tried to get help, but he got no help. I will get all the answers now. They hug. Omi gets shaken. He leaves. Giriraj tells Omi to control himself.
In the puja, Kavya and Adi fix the medal on the wall. He prints the article. She frames the photo. He says you spy on me. They laugh. They dance on Gore Gore Mukhde. Omi argues with Giriraj. He gets angry. Giriraj plays dhol. He says, “If we don’t alert the enemy, I’ll attack Kavya and break her pride.” The dhol breaks. He sits angry. Kavya watches.
