The Episode opens with Kavya and Adi engaged in a heated argument. Adi brings up that Kavya was content when he left his IAS job but didn’t consider his happiness. He voices his concern about being separated if Kavya’s posting is far away, to which she responds by reminding him of his promise to go with her as his work is online. Adi admits that he did say that, but he is now willing to sacrifice his happiness for their love. He accuses Kavya of putting others before him, causing him to storm off. Giriraj and Omi witness the confrontation and share a sinister smile. Giriraj predicts that this toxic relationship will only deteriorate until it collapses one day.

Kavya visits Adi, who is peacefully slumbering. She gently wakes him and reminds him that it’s her first day at her new job. Kavya leaves the room in tears and overhears a heated argument between Omi and Alka. Alka confesses to Kavya that she cannot bear children but hasn’t mentioned this in their old report. Kavya is left wondering what else they may be keeping from her. The following day, Adi receives a letter and rose petals from Kavya, bringing a smile to his face as he reminisces about their past moments together. In the letter, Kavya apologizes for taking a day off for their honeymoon and asks for forgiveness. Adi happily calls out for Santo…

Santo arrives, and Adi immediately asks him to grab the suitcase. As he dances around, Santo packs his clothes and takes a selfie with his bag. After sending the picture to Kavya, Santo declares that he is ready to go. Curious, Adi inquires what he means and calls Kavya to make light of the situation. He confesses his love for her and apologizes for letting his father manipulate her job transfer. However, Kavya assures him that she has made peace with the change and believes it may be for the best for Lucknow. Adi persists, saying she will make a difference in the city, and urges her to return home soon. He then gives her a loving kiss despite Santo’s disapproval. As they discuss their upcoming honeymoon trip, Kavya enquires about the traffic situation with their driver. Frustrated by the daily jam, she vows to take action rather than rely on Giriraj’s help. She steps out of the car determinedly.

“Why did you place the stalls on the road? Move it back,” she questions before encountering a gentleman she courteously greets. The man showers her with compliments before clutching his chest and passing out. Concerned, she speculates that he may have suffered from a heart attack and decides to rush him to the hospital in her car. However, their journey is hindered by a heavy traffic jam. In frustration, she calls for the road to be cleared so they can quickly reach the hospital. Taking matters into her own hands, she removes the illegal stalls on government land. She confronts the man responsible, reprimanding him and getting into a heated argument with others who defend him. Threatening to take them to her office if they refuse to cooperate, she finally manages to clear the way and rushes the unconscious man to the hospital.

The couple converses, apologizing and reassuring each other of their plans. Adi urges Santo to join him on a trip, while Giriraj expresses his belief in fate influenced by one’s spouse. As the topic shifts to Adi’s wife, Kavya, Malini remarks on her new role as an IAS officer’s wife. Adi receives a call from Kavya requesting blood donations for the blood bank, and he and Alka promptly leave to help. Meanwhile, Giriraj meets with trade union officers who commend Kavya’s actions. When Adi and Alka arrive, Kavya also asks the doctor to perform fertility tests for Alka. Confused, Adi seeks clarification from Kavya.
