The episode begins with Kavya in a physical altercation with the men, who proceed to attack her. Amidst the chaos, Radhika and Adi make their way to the hospital. With Adi’s assistance, Radhika manages to fend off one of the men. Just then, Amanpreet swoops in to rescue Kavya from the goons. Worried for her safety, Kavya advises Amanpreet to be cautious since she is in the final stages of her pregnancy. However, Amanpreet assures her that she need not worry as they continue to fight off the attackers. Suddenly, the police arrive on the scene and one of the goons manages to strike Amanpreet’s pregnant belly before fleeing. In agony, Amanpreet collapses on the ground as Kavya rushes to her side. Together, they make their way back to the hospital where Kavya frantically calls for a nurse upon their arrival. Seeing this commotion, Adi approaches them and enquires about what happened. He notices that both Kavya and Amanpreet have sustained injuries and quickly assists in getting Amanpreet onto a stretcher for emergency treatment.
The goons are scolded by Mukund and asked to leave the city. Kavya says it is her 35th week and she got attached. Adi sees her. He asks her to be treated by the nurse. Kavya goes to aid. She asks about Adi. The nurse said he came with his wife to take his pregnancy test. You’re wrong, Kavya says he’s not married. Nurse says she might be his girlfriend. Kavya says no, that’s me. Nurse says you can ask her about that girl.
Radhika asks the man to take her picture. Kavya recognizes her bracelet from that day. She believes I saw her somewhere. Radhika hugs Adi and says thanks for coming with me.
Amanpreet and the baby are fine, according to the doctor. Reporters catch Adi and Radhika. Adi asks them to leave. Kavya calls Amanpreet’s husband and says congrats, you have a son, I am here, don’t worry. She sees Adi’s news and thinks this is done to make him away from me. She recalls Mukund’s words. Adi and Radhika return home. Adi asks if you lost the election. Giriraj scolds him. Alka shows him the news.
Radhika, Mukund, Adi, Giriraj, Malini, Kavya, and Amanpreet were all present when they heard the news that the press had misunderstood a recent event at a maternity hospital. Radhika was initially blamed by Mukund for not informing anyone about it while Adi defended her, stating it wasn’t her fault. Giriraj then remarked on the situation and called Radhika senseless. However, Malini pointed out that Radhika should have confided in her instead of Adi. Meanwhile, Kavya greeted Amanpreet with a smile and offered her congratulations upon meeting her and the baby. She reassured Amanpreet that everything would be okay before Amanpreet asked her to name the newborn. Kavya suggested Ranvijay Singh and Amanpreet smiled at the idea of raising him to be a soldier. However, she soon revealed some bad news – they had found the tempo involved in the incident but had been ordered to leave it for the police to handle due to protocol. Kavya couldn’t help but wonder if this was all an elaborate plan to frame Adi orchestrated by the entire family.
Giriraj receives a call from a reporter inquiring about Adi and Radhika’s alleged relationship and their child. Giriraj confirms that the two are indeed in love and plan to get married. Adi is taken aback by this news and begins arguing with Giriraj, adamantly refusing to marry Radhika. Kavya considers telling Adi about her feelings for him while Omi attempts to calm him down. Adi expresses his frustration, accusing his father of manipulating his life without any justification. Despite Omi’s suggestion of considering Radhika as a potential wife, Adi remains steadfast in his decision until Omi reveals Kavya’s profile on a matrimonial app.
Adi gets sad. He says maybe someone else put it. Omi says call and ask her. Adi calls Mayank and asks Kavya if her profile has been posted on a matrimonial website. Mayank says no, but Rajeev says yes. Mayank asks why. Rajeev says he spoke with Kavya about it. Adi is shocked.
In his memory, Rajeev recalls Giriraj calling him asking for his help to separate Adi and Kavya. He thinks sorry, this was important to do for your happiness. Adi sits crying. Naina…plays… He hears Mukund arguing with Radhika. Kavya shows up and sees Adi crying.
