Kuch Reet Jagat Ki Aisi Hai 19th February 2024 Written Episode Update
During the night, Survi is running with all her speed, opening the door to run on the street while her brother is yelling her to stop, but she keeps running until she finds a well in front of her. The brother is running with all his might, but Survi steps onto the well and jumps in after praying.
As the person sits up in bed, he suddenly realizes it was all just a dream. His wife is sleeping beside him, providing some comfort as he turns to grab the photo of his dear sister Survi. Tears begin to stream down his face as he embraces the photo and apologizes for not being able to save her years ago. Now, even these memories seem out of his control. The imminent auction of her farm and well weighs heavily on his mind. He wonders what he will tell Survi’s children when they ask about their mother’s whereabouts. After wiping away his tears, he gently places the photo back onto the shelf.
On a lively morning, the girls are dancing joyfully on the rooftop. Suddenly, a boy calls out to his sister and urgently requests her presence. The girl promptly leaves, leaving her brother behind. She inquires about the reason for his rush, and he informs her that their family’s farm is being auctioned off. As they make their way to the house, she reminds him to wear a helmet before they hop on their scooty. The auction for the farm is ongoing, with bids steadily increasing from 200000 to 450000. The person overseeing the auction explains that he was unable to safeguard their ancestors’ land.
The girl arrives at the house and is met by the lady, who insists that she is the only one responsible for all the work. She even feeds the cow by herself. Meanwhile, the boy sneaks over to greet her and invites her to sit with him. He wants to show her how lovely she looks and takes photos as she discreetly enters the room. She retrieves some jewelry, recalling when she asked her uncle about it. He had told her that he had named all of it for her and it would be given to her when she gets married. She remembers suggesting that one could get married with just a Mangal Sutra but he corrected her, saying that it was actually part of her wealth.
Nandu and her brother attend the auction of the farm, which begins with a base price of 900000. However, during the auction, Nandu realizes that the highest bid so far is 1050000 and quickly interrupts to apologize for stopping their bidding. She explains that the bank will deduct the amount owed by her uncle Ishwar from this sale, but requests for them to not auction off the farm. The officer handling the auction asks for some time and clarifies that the bank needs 1075000 from Ishwar, which Nandu has already paid. He then asks Ishwar to come forward and sign to confirm that he no longer has any interest or loan with the bank. He also advises him to ask the registrar for a signature once he receives the remaining amount.
While Nanu asks Ishwar to wait while she gets the signatures on the papers, Ishwar gets stopped by someone who says he is Parag Kanabar, who works for Arjun, and he offers 20 lac to them in exchange for the land. When Parag calls the MLA informing him that the niece of that man stopped the auction, Nandu leaves saying they don’t want to sell the land.
Nandu says there is no need to hide the truth when Ashwar asked Nandu what did she do because she sold the jewelry. After hearing Nandu tell about the secrets, Nandu says that the jewelry was placed in the locker, but the gold was grown on the land. She is grateful that Mitesh told her the entire truth, so she asks him to ride with Mehul while she leaves with Ishwar uncle.
As Nandu parks the scooter, Ishwar enters the house. She quickly approaches him with a request not to mention the jewelry to her aunt, as it would only cause her unnecessary worry. Ishwar expresses his own concern about what he will be able to offer at the wedding. Nandu reassures him that she already told her husband that one Mangal Sutra is enough for the occasion and he will bring it for her. She fondly reminisces about how Ishwar has been like a father figure since their mother passed away, showering them with endless love. However, as she mentions “Maa,” Nandu takes off running. Her aunt then asks what she needs, but Nandu’s sudden departure causes her to worry.
Upon reaching the house, Mitesh and Mehul inquire with Ishwar about Nandini’s whereabouts after she had left. Ishwar informs them that she had gone to give the crackers to the person whose birthday it is today. Suddenly, Mehul receives a call from Naren who reveals his plan to visit and see the girl today instead of tomorrow as originally planned. Ishwar suggests informing their aunt, but she expresses concern over not being fully prepared for this unexpected visit. Furthermore, she reminds Mehul to first contact their neighbor before approaching Nandini. As Nandini decorates the well, she wishes her mother a happy birthday.
Shetal receives a call from Mehul, who informs her that the boy will be visiting today. She inquires if he has told Nandini, to which Mehul responds that he is about to call her right now. He shares with Nandini that Naren Ratansi is coming over today. Nandini asks when she should get ready and offer her assistance, to which Mehul replies that this is why he wants her to come back home. Without wasting any time, Nandini stops the auto and apologizes to Hashoo kaki for not being able to make the dish. Bua comments on how no one can make the dish like Nandini does, to which she responds by questioning why they didn’t simply tell the truth. Uncle steps in, saying that they shouldn’t lie, while Aunt suggests that Nandini should teach it to Visakha before she gets married.
Upon arriving at the house, Naren is greeted and apologizes for being late. However, Shetal quickly points out that he arrived a day earlier than expected. As they all sit down, Naren’s father requests juice from Visakha and then asks for a dish. Naren is impressed by the taste of the dish and outside, Nandini observes them talking and thinks highly of Naren. When Visakha returns with the juice, Nandini asks what was said but Visakha leaves without a response. They all inquire about Naren’s thoughts on the girl.
She replies that she is very nice when the father says they should then call the Pandit, and Naren explains they should talk about the giving before moving forward. According to him, his parents will give him the details later, but he has two demands. One is for an automatic car, while the other is for a gold of one hundred tola. She goes to hug Visakha, wondering if Naren is making a deal, but Naren says it is a ritual and they don’t bargain.
As Nandini leaves, she explains that cars depreciate in value, and that it is not better that he thinks about land, while she asks about diamonds, Naren replies that it is even better. As Nandini explains, whatever she says will be given to them, while what she says right now, Naren will give it to them hearing, which shocks him, so she should consider it fixed. Naren asks Nandini since when does the groom give it, but Nandini says that it is a time of equality and she has not said anything wrong.
Although Mehul stares at Nandini, she replies she won’t stop, Naren says she has spoken a lot despite her claim to be simple. When Nandini replies that they don’t accept this marriage proposal because the one in which money is involved isn’t a relation, Naren and Nandini both hold hands. Naren says he doesn’t accept this marriage proposal.
Precap:
As Bua asks Nandini if she broke Visakha’s relationship, Nandini mentions that he was demanding the money without shame. If they do not speak out against it, then who will? Ishwar says that it is not their right to speak about it, but of Hitesh, so who are they? Nandini says her mother’s name, which shocked Ishwar. While Nandini sits on the well, Naren proclaims he will marry a girl from Uplekha.
