Kuch Reet Jagat Ki Aisi Hai 6th March 2024 Written Episode Update
During their phone conversation, Nandini shares her belief that Naren’s father cannot be blamed for the situation. In response, Naren clarifies that she is suggesting his father was justified in arranging a marriage for him. However, Nandini feels that his father is unaware that Naren has feelings for someone else and would not have brought up Sujan in their discussion. Naren adds that he tried to inform his father but did not listen. Nandini points out that Naren himself had not heeded her advice before. As the conversation continues, Naren questions whether Nandini suggests he should marry Sujan’s daughter instead of leaving her behind.
Nandini reminds Naren that moving on from someone takes time. She understands that he cares about her and will not forget her, but he should also give his father time to move on from Sujan’s daughter. She questions why he didn’t take the chance to calmly explain the situation to his father when given the opportunity. Naren explains that both he and his father were angry at the time. Nandini notes that he was very composed in Upleta but wonders what changed when he returned to Rajkot. Naren agrees with her observation. She urges him to return home because his mother must worry about him. She asks how he is feeling, to which he responds with improvement. With that, their phone call ends.
Viren tells Naren he should have just talked to Nandini since she solved his problem. Viren asks Naren if he told Nandini that his father, Hemraj Ratansi, has never turned back on his word. Naren says he would have to change his decision as it would affect three lives this time. Nandini is very concerned as she contemplates Naren’s talk about his father.
As Naren works on Nandini’s face, Chanchal compliments her beautiful eyes. Naren agrees, prompting Chanchal to invite him to take a seat. She reassures him that she has never objected to his son’s decisions. However, she questions why Nandini is not getting her rightful place in the household. When Naren asks if his father chose her or if it was her decision, she responds by saying only his father has the right to decide. Naren disagrees and believes that he should have the right to choose who he loves. Chanchal challenges this, questioning whether he truly knows his father since he never returns to his word. She then pleads with Naren to let her speak, but he refuses, stating that he is not afraid of being alone or of the dark.
Chanchal compliments Naren’s bravery, acknowledging that there is no current war for him to lose. However, she wonders if he can entirely celebrate after defeating his father. Chanchal is curious about Nandini’s appearance and requests to see a photo. After Naren shares the photo with her, Chanchal admires it and remarks that Nandini is a perfect match for him. On the other hand, she points out that Kirti was chosen solely for her wealthy background as Sujan’s only child as they discuss the two potential matches. Chanchal studies a portrait of Naren and comments on how beautiful it is, created from his imagination. Despite Naren’s explanation that he sees Kirti as a child and doesn’t understand his father’s choice, Chanchal maintains that Sujan only sees her wealth.
Roupa delivers the hot water to her sister, who dismisses their familial ties in this household. She dips her feet into the water, only to find it scalding. Requesting more water, Roupa is asked if she anticipates Sujan’s daughter coming into their home. She envisions a scenario where she would have to massage Kirti’s feet while Jalpla brings hot water to burn her sister’s feet. Jalpla bursts out laughing, realizing the predicament they would be in. When Roupa asks for clarification, Jalpa explains that if Sujan’s daughter were to arrive, she would treat them as servants. However, Roupa disagrees and defends herself against Jalpla’s accusations. Jalpla insists that only she can foresee what lies ahead. She urges Roupa to take charge of Ronak as she does, but when Roupa questions how she can control sand that slips away from one’s grasp, she decides to leave instead.
When Naren informs his mother about Nandini’s background, Chanchal questions the conditions for women. Naren responds by asking why boys are allowed to choose a beautiful and understanding partner while girls are not given the same choice and are expected to accept dowry. Chanchal inquires about Naren’s sudden change in attitude towards his father, but he quickly apologizes and clarifies that he did not mean it that way. Nandini intervenes, explaining that her father follows these traditions because he believes in them. However, when someone asked her about these traditions, she responded that they were created for a purpose in the past and may not apply to modern times. Curious about Nandini’s preferences, Naren asks whether she desires a mature daughter-in-law or someone young adorned with jewelry. Chanchal then requests that a photo of Nandini be sent over.
In the morning, Chanchal enters the room holding the photo of Nandini. Hemraj asks Chanchal what she thinks the price of this gem would be, and Chanchal replies that he has set it to be the best price. When Hemraj starts inspecting the photo of the jem, Chanchal asks him to look at it.
As Nandini calls Naren, asking if Maa has shown Bau Jee the photo, Naren replies that he should thank her because otherwise, he would not show his mother. She asks what his father said, and Naren replies that he would take some time.
Hemraj mentions that Kirti’s photo was not visible to her due to her affordable footwear and fake jewelry. He then hands a picture of Kirti, stating that her beauty will fade, but the jewelry will remain the same. He urges her to delete Nandini’s photo from her phone and life. Chanchal becomes emotional, expressing how he values his mother’s opinion but disregards hers. Hemraj gets up, reminding her not to cry before him, and promises to fulfill her desire. He asks for the photo so he can arrange their horoscopes. Chanchal recalls her conversation with Naren, and Hemraj asks about her thoughts, but she leaves without answering. Hemraj proudly proclaims that an ordinary girl dares to aspire to be his daughter-in-law.
