The episode begins with Vishaka explaining that the reporter and the girl are tarnishing RV’s reputation, which could lead people to believe false accusations. Armaan tunes into the news and leaves. Harman agrees with Poorvi’s previous statement about the girl and reveals that she is manipulating us for financial gain because of her poverty. He suggests offering her money as a solution. However, Poorvi voices her disagreement, stating that it goes against our principles. Harman insists on taking the risk and promises to compensate her to clear RV’s name. Poorvi agrees to accompany him.
As Armaan arrives to meet RV, the latter asks if Poorvi had joined him. With a negative response, Armaan expresses his remorse at seeing RV in this situation. He then conveys his gratitude for giving him a ride home that day. Expressing their close relationship, Armaan reminds RV of his duties towards his family and advises him to uphold his moral character. Concerned about RV’s interaction with another girl while Poorvi was present, he warns him about the type of women they were dealing with. Despite winning contracts, Armaan urges RV to prioritize his family as well. Surprised by the sudden visit, RV questions if Armaan is there to mock him. However, Armaan reassures him of his support and offers to help him get out of this predicament. Leaving on a positive note, RV vows to repay the favor and start anew once he is free from all obligations.
Harman arrives with Poorvi to meet Neha. She informs them that she will close the window and steps away to do so. Once she returns, Harman reassures her that, as RV’s father, he is certain that his son is not capable of wrongdoing. She questions him, to which he clarifies that he did not make any accusations and suggests it could just be a misunderstanding. Harman adds that RV was intoxicated at the time in question.
According to Poorvi, RV is not at fault and she questions why Harman accused him of being drunk. She mentions a girl named Nethra who presented herself as wealthy and sophisticated, and now she appears to be in need. Agreeing with Poorvi, Neha confirms that she is indeed struggling. Trying to take control of the situation, Harman urges Poorvi to allow him to speak and tells her to remain silent. He then asks Neha if she desires money, which was her motivation for approaching RV for employment. In response, Harman reveals a briefcase of cash and offers it as a possible solution.
Soham and his mother arrive at Vishaka’s house, where they are warmly greeted by Vishaka and Divya. Vishaka then requests Diya to prepare some tea, and she promptly goes to do so. As they settle in, Khushi offers them a seat. However, Soham’s mother clarifies that they did not come for tea or to sit down. Suddenly, Diya enters the room and inquires about their wellbeing. Vishaka then asks if there is something on their minds. Soham’s mother expresses her concerns and questions if they have been watching the news. She reveals that there has been negative talk about RV circulating in the media, leaving them with worries instead of happiness.
Vishaka regards RV as a son and shares that he is facing challenges. Divya expresses gratitude for their support during this trying period. Soham’s mother reveals that they had a disagreement but he now understands the realities of life. She admits they had come to dissolve Soham and Diya’s engagement here. Khushi inquires about the cause. Divya wonders if Diya or anyone else is at fault. Diya prompts Soham to clarify her mistake, if any.
While incarcerated, a fellow inmate warns RV that newcomers often fall into someone’s trap. He urges him to consider who his enemy might be, capable of such deception. After pondering, RV mentions Armaan as one who has harmed him before. The inmate suggests that the culprit may be someone closer to RV’s family, causing him to contemplate further.
When Harleen discovers that Harman has given money to Neha, she scolds Vikrant. Deepika then provokes her by implying that Harman is under Poorvi’s control. Despite Harleen’s attempts to call Harman, he refuses to answer. Neha tells them to leave, claiming she doesn’t want the money. Dadi expresses disappointment in Harman’s actions, while Harleen fears he will cause more harm. However, Vikrant urges her to trust their father. As a result, Harleen is filled with worry.
