When Ranvijay enters Vaiju, she says, “I didn’t realize the poetry was supposed to be printed on the card. You can change it.” He says it was really good. Jaya and I liked it. I am getting angry but don’t know how to handle this situation. She says I have promised you nobody will ever know what happened in Jhumri Patan. Jaya hears this and asks what happened.
The two worry about Vaiju and Ranvijay. She tells a story about how he gets angry when I mention it. Ranvijay asks Jaya to rest. He takes Jaya. He asks her for food. As Jaya says, I can’t have khichdi, and I would have asked Aai to make me something. Ranvijay says he’ll make it for you. She says you boil eggs. He promises to cook tasty food, then you must kiss the chef’s hands. He cooks it.
Upon hearing the noise, Vaiju investigates and finds Ranvijay in the kitchen. He inquires about her presence, to which she reciprocates with the same question. After completing their dishes (Jowar rotis for Vaiju and a curd cucumber Raita for Ranvijay), Vaiju brings some coconut water while Ranvijay delivers the food to Jaya. She is ecstatic by their efforts, and he asks her company to join them for dinner.
She admires the beauty around them while they enjoy the food. Ranvijay fondly remembers Vaiju’s delicious rotis, and Jaya accuses him of cheating by having Vaiju make them instead. He reflects on his words to Vaiju before she unexpectedly joins them. Ranvijay admits that her involvement feels like cheating in the challenge, but he proudly serves the raita he made. After Jaya tastes it and praises its flavor, they all smile. As he realizes his victory in the challenge, Ranvijay reminds Jaya to fulfill their agreed-upon terms. Jaya playfully claims to have forgotten, prompting him to embrace her happily. However, Vaiju watches from afar with a hint of sadness before accidentally dropping a glass and apologizing for her clumsiness.
Jaya tells Vaiju not to stress out, I will clean it, but you aren’t wearing slippers. Ranvijay scolds Vaiju. It’s morning. Vaiju prays. She goes out and hears Sulekha. She says you often watch serials, so your mind works that way. She shows Jaya’s friends’ videos. She says you don’t think you’re doing Jaya a favor; she’s Ranvijay’s choice and this house’s bahu, just like you. Jaikant gets angry. Vaiju leaves.
Afterward, Naagraj tells Sulekha, “You should not have told that about Jaya. Vaiju felt bad.” As Vaiju prepares Jaya, she recalls Ranvijay’s words and cries. Jaya asks why. Vaiju says to forget the past and think about the future. When Rajijay sees Jaya coming, he smiles. Vasundhara makes Jaya wear bangles and tells her she is now our bahu. She calls Vaiju to go ahead. She makes Vaiju sit. She also gives him shagun.
In response to Ranvijay’s question, Vasundhara says she will also wear new clothes to the engagement. He asks why she is coming; there is always drama. I was making sure Rasam went smoothly. Jaya said my sister would be with me at the wedding functions. Vaiju says he is right, and I shouldn’t be here. Jaya wants you to stay back. Vasundhara asks Vaiju to accept the saree.
I felt this was the only way I could keep you close in tough times, Ranvijay told Jaya as he showed her the project. Jaya cries and says, “I love you. I promise I won’t ever leave you.” He gives her a gift. A mobile phone appears. She says thanks, but it isn’t needed; Vaiju and I share the same phone. He says no, you don’t need to share anything with Vaiju. Vaiju splashes water on the ground. A girl arrives.
