The episode begins with Jaya questioning Ranvijay about his concern. Ranvijay responds that he disapproved of her mistreating Vaiju and, therefore, bought sindoor for her. Jaya challenges him, asking why he purchased it instead of simply handing over an extra box. He dismisses the discussion and leaves. Meanwhile, Vasundhara brings food for Vaiju, offering comfort alongside Ragini. She reassures Vaiju and insists on speaking with Jaya, but Vaiju refuses, believing she cannot wear sindoor if fate doesn’t allow it.
Ranvijay enters and asserts that Vaiju shouldn’t obey anyone’s command, not even Jaya’s. Jaya intervenes, sarcastically encouraging Vaiju to apply sindoor freely and hands her a box. Vasundhara reminds Vaiju that Jaya had given her this sindoor during the Suhaagan Puja. Jaya confirms this, and Vaiju hesitates to accept it. Jaya questions her hesitation, while Vasundhara expresses confusion over Jaya’s behavior. Jaya then states that Ranvijay bought the sindoor for Vaiju.

He apologizes for everything, acknowledging that bringing her into the house made her suffer humiliation.
As they converse, Ranvijay confesses that his feelings for Jaya were never love but mere infatuation. He decides to tell Jaya the truth, but Vaiju stops him, reminding him of his promise—she would leave if Jaya remained unhappy. She apologizes for the trouble caused, but Ranvijay reassures her that she is not at fault. He declares his love for her and insists that the truth must come out. Despite Vaiju’s pleas, he leaves. She cries and prays for strength.
Ranvijay approaches Jaya’s room, finding her asleep. He contemplates speaking to her but hesitates. When she wakes up, they apologize to each other. Before he can reveal his thoughts, Jaya states that they need a break and expresses her intent to stay at Kaveri’s house for a few days. Ranvijay is taken aback, wondering if she made this choice for his happiness. Meanwhile, Jaya ponders whether she has changed or failed to understand him. When she asks him to speak his mind, he agrees with her decision, leaving her in shock.
