Maati Se Bandhi Dor 21st December 2024 Written Episode Update begins with the judge officially granting the divorce between Ranvijay and Jaya, leaving Jaya emotional. Meanwhile, Jaikant hatches a sinister plan, declaring that Vasundara will soon be separated from her family. He poisons the ink in a pen, hoping Vasundara will use it and be fatally affected.
On the other side, Vaiju runs desperately down the road but refrains from disturbing Ranvijay on his divorce day. At home, Vasundara laments the crumbling of their family while Jaikant pretends to sympathize, hiding his cruel intentions. When Naagraj urges Vasundara to fulfill her duties to the people, she agrees to attend the oath ceremony and leaves the signing for later, avoiding the poisoned pen.
As everyone prepares to leave, Jaikant tries to retrieve the pen but is interrupted. Eventually, the poisoned pen is left on a table. Ranvijay, unaware of its danger, uses it to sign documents and soon collapses from the toxic ink. Vaiju returns home and senses something is wrong. Hearing a noise upstairs, she finds Ranvijay unconscious and is horrified.
Panicking but determined, Vaiju lifts Ranvijay on her back and rides her bike to the hospital. Along the way, Sulekha spots them and suspects Vaiju of kidnapping, but Ragini defends her. Vasundara also senses danger and insists they follow Vaiju. Jaikant hopes the poison has worked and that Vaiju will take the blame.
Vaiju reaches the hospital and begs for help. The doctor examines Ranvijay and finds no pulse, leaving Vaiju terrified. She holds onto hope and prays fervently for his life.
