Maati Se Bandhi Dor 21st November 2024 Written Update begins with Jaya undergoing treatment at the hospital while Ranvijay breaks down in tears. Kaveri arrives and angrily confronts him. Meanwhile, Vasundhara orders Vaiju not to visit Jaya, instructing her firmly to stay away. Vaiju, however, prays fervently for Jaya’s recovery, as does Ranvijay, who reflects on his memories with her while Jo Bheji Thi Dua plays softly in the background. Vaiju, overwhelmed with guilt, slaps herself.
The doctor informs the family that Jaya’s condition is critical due to significant blood loss. Ranvijay insists he’ll arrange for blood, but the doctor reveals Jaya’s blood group is O negative—a rare type. Vaiju arrives at the hospital, only to be slapped by Kaveri, who blames her for Jaya’s condition. Sulekha reminds Vaiju that she came against Vasundhara’s orders and urges her to listen to Kaveri.
Desperate to help, Ranvijay announces that they need someone with O negative blood. Rao Sahab asks Kaveri, but she replies that her blood type is O positive. Ragini urges Ranvijay to check on Vaiju, but he feels compelled to stay with Jaya. Rao Sahab gathers everyone to see Jaya and encourages Ranvijay to join them. Meanwhile, Vaiju continues to pray.
As Ranvijay enters the room, Jaya sees him and recalls his past words. Suddenly, her pulse drops. The doctor asks everyone to leave, except Ranvijay. He stays and tells Jaya she had no right to harm herself. Jaya responds bitterly, questioning if only he has the right to inflict pain. The nurse steps in, asking Ranvijay to let her rest.
Outside, Vaiju anxiously awaits an update. Ranvijay tells her that Jaya is now out of danger. Vaiju thanks him for acting in time, but he credits her instead—saying Jaya survived because of her blood donation. Vaiju replies that she would do anything for her sister. Ranvijay offers her some fruit, which she initially refuses. After a small argument, they share an apple together. He tells her she can meet Jaya the next day before walking away.
The next morning, Vasundhara, Kaveri, and the rest of the family visit Jaya. Kaveri blames Ranvijay for their pain, but Vasundhara plans to take Jaya home. Kaveri protests, but Jaya says she’s feeling better. Rao Sahab acknowledges that it was Ranvijay’s timely action that saved Jaya’s life. Ragini adds that Vaiju also played a vital role. When Jaya asks what Vaiju did, Rao Sahab explains that she donated blood just in time and saved her life. Vasundhara interrupts, saying they can talk later and asks everyone to let Jaya rest.
